Would magnesium carbonate be a decent form to take for supplementation? It doesn’t seem that way, but there are several on the market that use magnesium carbonate…
Why twice as much? If you take 1 mol of NaCO3 and 1 mol of MgSO4, that would be a mass difference of about 12%. So take a desired amount of MgSO4 and then 88% of that mass as NaCO3, if you aim for an optimal yield of MgCO3.
Anybody has the exact weight from magnesium sulfate and sodium carbonate to produce 2 clean products magnesiumcarbonate and sodium sulfate as the result?
Thanks for the shoutout! We're really glad to see that you got 2 videos out of this. We love the slow-mo rock climbing in the background
You do so many cool things, there are quite a few experiments I've seen you do that I am excited to try myself. 😀
Such an underrated channel.....loved this demo 😁👍
Yay science! Chemistry is even better when you can use it in your daily life. Can you think of any sort of science that you use daily?

Chemistry is so cool! I like the green screen style. It makes the video very immersive!
Thank you! Cheers!

I used sodium carbonate instead of sodium bicarbonate, but it also didn't have this milky vision... What could this be due to?
Just wondering does this reaction produce any heat?
Ok but how fine was the suspension once dry ?
Can you make billiard chalk?
I'm a weightlifter, I hope I'll be able to make one for myself
Thanks
Interesting video
Nice and educative
Glad you think so!
