My father graduated class of 44 known as the missing class. He was as proud of that ring the day he died as the day he earned it. For now, it is locked away in a safe but I will be trying to find a way to get to the Citidal to donate it to the school in his name to hold a place in the display case.

My grandson wil graduate next May from The Citadel. His Civil Engineering degree has been rigorous as well as his military training. His family is with him now. He earned his 4 year scholarship and from his parents home and business in CA, he admitted a out of state student is lonely; seems everyone has family near college. Dedication is vital at The Citadel.

My nephew graduated in May, he is from Louisiana. He made friends there and now we consider them our family in Charleston! I have never seen such friendly and loving people than The Citadel family. I hope he can get a lifelong connection and have a reason to go back every chance he can! I myself love the atmosphere of the MIGHTY CITADEL grounds. The spirit of family is prevalent there! Congratulations to your grandson.
