use a a battery case they are cheap, even a toys body is better than none. You need a ammeter for LED as they need constant current not constant voltage. Do Not set Vout less then Vin as the chip can burn itself out.
Yes but make sure your batteries are connected to a battery protection bord so that the batteries won't get overcharge or even worst is it's going to explode
These cheap boost converters aren't very good. The output can vary wildly. I find it's best to use a boost converter to get up to about 20v, and then a linear regulator back to 12v. It's more wasteful, but more reliable.

Say 11 volts output of first stepup is fed to another stepup to get say constant 28 volts. Just trying to see what highest rms least distortion bluetooth speaker i can build with single 18650 cell. Can you please provide your inputs.

Current goes down. In any circuit power remain constant. Power= voltage*current. So if one increase other has to decrease.

When i put 5 v and 2 amps in input how much amps i get in the output
input watts equal to output watts,
example:- input 2A 6v = 12w
output 1A 12v = 12w
note :
