Thank you so much ! Idk recently I’ve been getting a lot stronger out of nowhere but I been scared to rack the bar after a heavy lift cause my left forearm was KILLING ME.
Great video. Thank you for the advice. I’ve been experiencing this for a couple of weeks. I suspect it’s because I’ve been benching heavier lately, but its at a point where it’s affecting my strength, so need to start addressing it.
That wall stretch definitely helped me out felt relief as soon as I did it. I normally do dumbbells chest press and noticed I wasn’t able to push due to my left forearm pain I had to reduce the weight by 30% to keep my workouts. I looked at various reasons for the pain and most common were when doing bicep curls while I do feel there a bit I felt it much more on push even light pushing like closing a door. The wall stretch helped going to try this through the week and see if I can heal soon. Thank you for the information! 🙏
Hi i am ravish khan , age is 37, body wt. 127kg, my last yr. Highest bench is 170kg, but right now 160 kg. I feel very nerves.during the bench press. I feel more pain in my forearms. Plz advise.
My pain only start when I go 405 on the bench press or 325 on bent over rows and it’s unbearable then it will herring for about 30 minutes and die down but hopefully the video should help
I actually feel it during and after ( a little while it goes away ) I can't can't do low weight the bar itself it starts hurting. I've been trying to stretch well before like the wall stretch and some push-ups before benching but it don't help
Bro the pain Be lasting through the week and starts to climb into the elbows 🤷🏽♂️. I just started to be able to work with 360 lbs and yikes, it hurts 😂
Literally what I needed. I am exploding in strength and I cannot continue because of this absolutely debilitating forearm pain
