My friend had our flat for a few days and left the kimbap in her fridge and I may have ate the rest of it hahaha it's so delicious. Now I can make foods like kimbap, kimchi Jigae, Korean friend chicken and Jaeraegi.

Gimbap! Also, my favorite snack that my mom used to make. The best part is that it doesn't stay fresh long so you gotta eat them as quickly as possible. Not that I complained. : )
+Ng Yen not really, the rice will get harden and kimbap is not able to heat back up, the seaweed will have weird taste and smell into it. But if that's only option for you, you can store in the fridge and cover kimbap with egg omelet and fry them...

I love gimbap!! one of my favorite kinds is tuna gimbap, but it is hard for me to get perilla leafs.. so I planted some seeds to grow my own!!

When I was in Busan S. Korea, we had gimbap almost every day for breakfast 😂 my favorite Korean dish besides ddokbokki!
