The part of this plan that involves the toy company that manufactured the Good Guy dolls makes perfect sense to me; they were in constant denial that their product contained the soul of a psychopath because it was "bad for PR".
Again, it's wise for ANY contingency involving the supernatural to involve another superhero who deals with the Supernatural, like Doctor Fate, Constantine, Zatana, etc.
Or Sam and Dean.

Besides his super-speed, he has another power that will stop Batman cold. Whenever something harmful is planned snd directed at him, it fails. No matter how simple or complex the plan, it will fail. The Roadrunner is the living embodiment of the old saying: "No plan survives the first encounter with the enemy" (the Roadrunner is the "enemy" in Batman's contingency plans for him).
Worse, not only will Batman's plans fail, they will backfire, visiting the planned mayhem on Batman instead of Roadrunner.
And that's just one roadrunner. The desert is full of the super-speedy birds.

This version would involve rogue/malevolent/defective AGI, or AGI, that was maybe hacked and tampered with by a malevolent human actor. This would be a completely different (And I would argue more realistic) Scenario, that may call for a different contingency plan, one designed to deal with a technological rather than mystical threat. Could you have an alternate child's play contingency plan, focusing on this newer AGI version of Chucky?
