As part of a service project on Isle Royale I worked with the park's trail crew brushing and repairing trails for 6 weeks. We worked 10 days on and had 4 days off. During our second 4 day weekend I quenched my thirst for adventure and set off to see the island. This documentary is only a shadow of my experience and falls short of capturing the splendor of the pristine wilderness found in the backcountry of Isle Royale.
*This expedition was a true challenge of my limits and I would not recommend trying this without being in excellent physical shape.
