This is great! I absolutely needed this sort of progression along with the rhythm and repetitiveness in the demonstration... like a clock.. a pendulum. awesome!
One of the only video tutorials I have seen that explains not to swing out! I do not know why I hardly see any close transition from barbell to kettlebell snatches out there in internet land...! Job well done being thorough Sir!!!
Absolutely the best breakdown of the kettlebell snatch I have seen on yt. To think this is just the abbreviated version too! I have never seen that assisted snatch technique where you use the opposite hand to help bring the bell up and over the snatching hand. And I’ve watched a lot of tutorials on the kettlebell snatch. Brilliant!
I like this one great side and front views with detailed instruction. Taking notes. Thank you I was looking for the snatch ... never done this one yet. 💛
Absolutely brilliant - I look forward to joining your group in the New Year. I've been working out seriously with Kettlebells for just over a year now. I hadn't done any Kettlebell snatches before May this year but I find it to be the most enjoyable and the most frustrating of all kettlebell exercises. I'm now snatching 16kg relatively comfortably but really need to build up strength to do more. Thanks again for this invaluable video!
Awesome tutorial. I am able to do up to an assisted snatch for now. And, only for about 3 reps. It's a bit tiring on my arms yet. Maybe coz I tried it on a 14kg KB and no on my 25lber :) But, awesome tutorial.
I don't blame you. What we have is this here www.cavemantraining.com/shop/training-course/online-kettlebell-snatch-certification-by-cavemantraining/ and the book here www.cavemantraining.com/shop/ebook/snatch-physics/

This is hands down the best tutorial on how to do the kettlebell snatch I've ever seen. Much respect maestro.
Thank you, glad you liked it.

@@Cavemantraining Thanks a bunch man.
What about the rotation in the back, while you go down with the bell?
Hello Jan, thanks for your question. What about the rotation?
Is pendulum snatch allowed in RKC test? Had checked some videos about RKC test and those mostly involved non-pendulum swings.
To be honest, I don't know, but I assume it isn't allowed as they probably want the hardstyle version.
