One of the best videos I’ve ever seen on this topic. And I’ve seen a lot. When you say pull, regarding the swing, what is doing the pulling? Maybe you stated it and I missed it? Thanks.
Thanks for the idea of the hang lift. My wife doesn’t have the flexibility to deadlift a kettlebell yet and I was having trouble finding the right movement to get her to the deadlift.
Great video sir, I just started working with a kb but am really struggling with my swing I'm always afraid of damaging my junk, BTW I have ataxia so I really struggle with balance but I'll keep trying.
During two decades of teaching and seeing people work with a kettlebell, I have not ever seen anyone hit their junk. I would say that only people under the influence of something would run the risk of hitting their junk. If you struggle with balance, you might want to look into just hip hinge deadlifts. If you want cardio, just do it with the same weight you would swing and move a little faster.
@@Cavemantraining finally I get a solid response thank you SO MUCH I have tears seriously, do you have a video on proper technique for this kb exercise that you mentioned please?
@@dogrescuer1321 I always reply, unless I don't get a notification Here is the hip hinge deadlift, same movement as the swing but more controlled ruclips.net/video/ks6didqWfLk/видео.html
Hello, How does one determine what stance to take. I have a problem of the kettlebell brushing my inner thighs when inserting. Also should one push their thighs outwards to insert the kettlebell? Should I just insert it lower closer to my knees?
Do you have any advice on preventing kettlebell bobbing ? Why it happens and how to stop it ? You mentioned it briefly but I didn't really follow. You said it is because you aren't going back far enough with the bell?
Joined! I appreciate your efforts and get a lot from your videos so I feel it's important to support the channel. Plus, I need to get stronger:)
Awesome. Thanks and welcome. Hope to see you in the groups as well for any questions you might have.
@@Cavemantraining I will try to get into the groups (facebook, right?), too. Thank you Taco!!

Hello,
How does one determine what stance to take.
I have a problem of the kettlebell brushing my inner thighs when inserting. Also should one push their thighs outwards to insert the kettlebell? Should I just insert it lower closer to my knees?
You want it to be just wide enough for the bell to go through without issues. There is external hip rotation happening in the hinge.
Do you have any advice on preventing kettlebell bobbing ? Why it happens and how to stop it ?
You mentioned it briefly but I didn't really follow. You said it is because you aren't going back far enough with the bell?
Hi, I think video is what you're looking for ruclips.net/video/T2rqUZwe4PE/видео.html
So we are making contact with the arms to the pelvis and driving through with force from the hips while arms are loose ....correct ?
Good enough 👌
