Steven Kozar, thank you for this! My own (former) pastor used these exact tactics against me when I persisted in calling out false teachers whose materials were welcomed at that church, namely Beth Moore's materials. I can see now that his intent was to intimidate me. Over two years, at various times I politely pointed out how her teachings are unbiblical, and looking back I realize that he never addressed any of my specific objections regarding Beth Moore, but instead relied 100% on saying that various famous teachers didn't have a problem with her, so therefore my objections are irrelevant. So very glad that we are no longer in that church.

Please continue to upload these kinds of videos. These help us to know more about these modern-day false teachers. Truly, you are contending for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.
Amen to this video. My wife and I got caught up in Todd W and this kind of teaching for a few years and the Lord graciously showed me how wrong it is. My wife got involved in heresy teaching 12 yrs or so ago and its messing with her mind still today. The sad truth is that discernment is going out the window as we Christians are called to test every spirit and compare everything we see and hear to Scripture. Brothers stand firm in Christ and hold fast to what is good for this world is getting more deceitful.

Todd White came to the Vineyard Church that I was going to and I was not impressed at all. I think my ex- husband was more on the money speaking the word while praying for me and having some very accurate Revelations from God during prayer then Todd White ever has when he has prophesied in general with the public. The Vineyard Church although well-intentioned, has these weirdos at their conferences. At least to their credit and they don't charge an exorbitant amount of money. I'm no longer attending any church but will never give up my faith in Jesus

As he said at the very end...check out "Fighting for the Faith" (Pastpr Chris Roseborough). He does a lot of false teachers in a slightly different format. Steve and Pastor Roseborough both do a very good job. Also check out Dr. Jordan Cooper ("justandsinner") who belongs to the same denomination as Pastor Chris, and "Bryan Wolfmueller".

And yes, why would we say something about Kenneth Copeland who says God created Adam because He wanted to reproduce Himself, was the same as Jesus and Adam was God manifested in the flesh, that Jesus was born again and that God told Ken that he could have done what Jesus did in regards to dying on the cross for the sins of the world if he had the knowledge of the Word of God like Jesus did. Francis Chan says " are you going to attack the different expressions of the body of Christ.." No, not a different Expression, it is a different Gospel. What does Paul say in Galatians 1:9? "If anyone preaches to you any gospel other than the one you received-a curse on him!" How are we supposed to know what another gospel is? It is by learning and knowing what the true Gospel is, Yes, using our mind, and God's Word.

when i wasn't a Christian even then i felt these guys are false prophets but nobody listened to me. they said it was the devil distracting me. Now I'm a new born Christian, reading my bible. The bible warned us about these people. If Satan can quote scripture so can hes followers.

I must honour you for the effort and sincerity with which you present the deception of these most cunning and wicked of men. 5 months ago l left this NAR movement l unwittingly got into as a new Christian. I was actually set free one night after a meeting where the personal prophecy was so fluffy l felt a demonic presence. After 6 years in this movement in Melbourne Australia mainly under the direction of a very proud man by the name of Ben Fitzgerald and a Mother who reads Christian tarot cards. I was shocked to see a level of pride manipulation and sexual predatory ( l worked in child protection for many years so l had open eyes to these types). All the fruits of demons were present. I like you am totally grieved by this . I am currently reading about the reformers Hess Luther Wycliffe etc. It has been of great comfort to know that men have suffered unto death to fight the schemes of Satan and his attacks on the sheep of our precious Lord who shed his blood for us. Please pray for me as l am overcome at times with this. However to be positive l have learnt so much through this about the Lord. He is truly wonderful in character. Jesus said l will build my church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it. Bless you !

They I believe would not except the truth of what you are saying. I’m so concerned for our young people! The sadness is overwhelming sometimes! Keep going Steven! And we all need to make sure that we too, are reading a Good Bible and Praying. 1 Peter 5:5-8 📖🙏🏼 and note verse 8 which says “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

Saying that men of God who criticize false teaching hate the charlatan is actually saying that they are indeed charlatans. Also, the intent of the criticism is to call the charlatan to repentance!! I personally want to see Todd, Copeland all of them repent!! If God can call me to repent, surely He can call these men to do the same.

Thanks for this video, very informative. there are 3 HUGE problems with the charismatic movement:
1) they believe in extra biblical revelation in that at any minute they can recieve a "word from God" that can contrdict or replace the bible. example: Jesus said that if a man divorces his wife and marries another he committs adulatery and that if you marry a woman divorced from her husband you committ adulatery. I have a lady friend who is divorced 2 times, she recently told me "God told me to marry this new man I met"..( he was divorced too), later her and the man got married, she said "God told him also that he was to marry me". so with these extra biblical "fresh words from God" those in the charismatic movement can reject everything in the bible and add to the bible.
2) the charismatic movement is about seeking prosperity, the supernatural, and signs and wonders NOT God.
3) the charismatic movement has now joined up with the pope and the catholic church in a desire to create a theocracy and rule the world ( NAR, dominionism)
Good points! It also needs to be said that not all Charismatic believers are guilty of that stuff; they are trying to help expose this really bad false teaching, too. Unfortunately, the Word of Faith/Prosperity and New Apostolic Reformation movements have largely overtaken much of the more biblical-minded Charismatic believers. God help us all to be seekers of truth and doers of the Word.

Steven, thank you so much for making deception so clear. I was wondering if these "teachers" are also misled by the enemy. And if so, how can we as followers of Jesus prevent this from happening to us. When the enemy gives you an experience, and you think it's from the All Mighty God. How can we seperate this?
According to Francis it is not Ok to criticize a man disqualified for ministry like Mark Driscoll because for all that Francis can tell Mark loves God. This same Fracis Chan will later meet with the pope and conclude that we agree on Justification.
He has made a living of killing assurance in people in whom He doesn't see the look in their eyes that people have when they are in love with Jesus.
I mean who does He think He is? God?
We are to measure a teacher by Francis measure and not by the word of God?
And yet Francis knows people's hearts by seeing "that look in their eyes" and that is enough for killing them with the law and no gospel at all.

Although I think Francis Chan has changed I remember reading his book crazy love and it really is a great book. I have bought at least 10 copies in the last few years although I haven't bought any for a couple years I still think on the whole it really is a great book

I will continue to use the Word of God to show the world (not 'bash' the world) how people like Rick Warren are adding to and taking away from the Word of God and what God says about that at the end of the Book of Revelation. I am sure that before long we are likely to see Bill Johnson, Che Ahn, John Arnott, Heidi Baker, Stacey Campbell, Todd White, Rick Joyner, Mike Bickle, etc, etc, all 'strutting their lies'!
About Todd's knee not being healed, doctors would say a sign of a heart attack is that your knees will be in pain. Heart attacks can build up over time with pain in different parts of the body.
Bob AKA Robert Tilton used to have a TV program similar to programs like "the 700 club" and Benny Hinn's "this is your day" and Kenneth Copeland 's "voice of victory" (I think that's the name of it) where he pressures people for money, and talks about healing people and everything he does whenever he is "preaching" to 1000s of people either in a church or online (actually even hia "preaching" is aired around the world whether TV broadcasts or online on his website and RUclips ) But on one of Bob's episodes he looks into the camera and says "You say Bob I can't send in $100" and he adds "If you can worship God through $5, or $10..." (Right as he says the part about giving $5 you hear the sound of a phone ringing in the background and he kind of smiles and chuckles and continues) "or $10, every apostle Paul (who knew there were more than one) 🤣😂🤣 said the first of each week, lay aside as God has prospered you...." (More phones ringing in the background) "That's why I believe God prospers people...." (Brief pause and he points his finger at the camera and says firmly) "Satan gave me this message..." 🤣😂🤣 (Then he stops and shakes his head and says) "I mean...That's a lie of the Devil, I shouldn't have said that...." Then continues "God gave me this message..." 🤣😂🤣

This is the biggest thing that I've had to butt up against since speaking out against these false teachers. What I've realized very quickly is that we have redefined what love means and what hate means. I do not hate any of these men. But I abhor what they're doing and I will call it out all day every day because people are being lead straight into Hell by these teachings. And while I'm calling them out, I'll be praying and hoping that they repent.

We learned in a theater class in college that contrary to what some actors may think, the "audience" really wants the actor to succeed. I think this psychology also takes place in churches. The flock wants to believe, and can risk giving liars the "benefit of the doubt (discernment)", making excuses for them and never standing up to or questioning what is false.

Please don't mess up prosperity preachers with those, who teach us because they have love of God towards us. I make a difference according to this 2 points: if somebody leads for themselves, ( it's selfish. I don't listen them at all ) OR lead TO JESUS, inspiring us to pray and read the Bible.
Do that ( pray; read the Bible ) than the truth will make you free, -you will concentrate to Jesus .

Francis chan isnt a false prophet/teacher
He is on a journey like the rest of us. Sometimes we look back at what we said with regret. The net fruit of Francis' journey is aligned with the bible. I've seen francis grow over the years. No man is perfect.
As for the others, consistently the message they teach lacks sovereignty and has a general narcissistic focus. The fruit of their life is more aligned with the world.
Putting francis in the same camp as the rest of these teachers, in my opinion, is incorrect. The rest of what you've shown, put together makes sense.

@@FlawlesZMa This has only happened very recently. Francis does not preach any form of heresy. He may have inadvertently defended some questionable folks over the last year, but his preaching and teaching is sound.
All others in this vid and those called out in the American Gospel: Christ Alone documentary, I'd agree are deceiving many people whether knowingly or not.
Francis called out Rob Bell's 'Love Wins', even writing a sound book 'erasing hell' to dispel Bell's teaching. He has also spoken against the prosperity gospel and he aligns theologically and in person many times with John Piper and Ravi Zacharias.
We should pray for Francis, that he come away from these things as he is clearly not theologically aligned with those he has recently shared stages with. He thinks (and address it in a response) he was doing good to go to these places and share truth. He realises now this may not have been wise. We should pray for him, that either God give him wisdom to lead those who attend these events to the true gospel, or that he come fully away from sharing stages with the leaders. He does not align with them and says as much himself.

On this charismatic issue, it is needed to affirm the ecumenical consensus of the church down through the ages and across confessional lines that the Bible should be read as a unity and as narrative testimony to the identities and actions of God and of Jesus Christ. Amen

Thank you Brother Steven, yes these must be exposed by the Truth from the Word of God, the true holy scriptures, and this too angers me because of their deceptions that are leading many who follow them to hell, fire and brimstone. I pray the Lord will help those who been deceived and come out from them, to open their eyes and come to the real Jesus.

They forget how christians are to beware of wolves in sheep clothing and false prophets. They act like they are up to Jesus level and you shouldn’t question them.

What spirit does Francis see? How does he know mens hearts when scripture tells us not to trust our hearts and only God can know it.
Why must they always defend each other? Make no sense, perhaps only if they need to protect something very valuable like their own ridicilous lifestyle.
