The Holy Spirit never manifested this way in the Bible, it is calm it is peace it is blessed, this is none of those things. By reading my Bible. I started seeing that what I was being taught was a lie and then I looked for good strong solid Bible teachers that were not in the charismatic movement and I started growing by leaps and bounds. What does that mean? In context, the fire spoken of by John the Baptist, such as Matthew 3, is in reference to judgement. In other words the tree (person) that doesn’t bring forth good fruit is tossed into (baptized with) fire. NAR and this type of charismania are doctrines of demons. I was saved in January 1999 ,at a meeting where john Arnot was preaching , I was instantly delivered from fear and addiction, and I was deliver from homosexuality . sometimes my experience of the holy spirit was peace and other times I laughed uncontrollably, literally joy inexpressible and full of glory. some of the commentors on here would have told me that this laughter was not godly as God is a God of Order, I would respond that God isa God of his own order not necessarily mans, in the order and the wisdom of Man they do not know God. God knew after a childhood raised by a schizophrenic mother and an absence father that joy is what I needed.

Hello Sister, there is a video which shows the history of this demonic nonsense which started 20 years ago in Canada. The RUclips channel JEREMIAH COHEN brought a video out 9 or more months ago titled THE MOCKING SPIRIT INVADING THE CHURCH. It is a mixture of old and new clips of people you'll know and it has an interview on it of a man who escaped the fake move with God's help. I have a friend who I had to break up with in August who was into all that junk. We knew each other for 5 years and it still hurts. The New Testament speaks of a great falling away and that they would not listen to the truth. That is what is happening now as we are in the Last Days.

This stuff is so disturbing and the worst is non -Christians think this is who Christian's are. I dont know where the vocabulary or ideology comes from that they speak of, first waves, second waves. These phrases remind me of movies with alien invasions or The Purge. Even " impartation" sounds very odd. Is it in the bible? No it's not! Laying your hand on someone, transmitting a "power" which causes loss of mind and self control, oblivion. The arena of people losing it and screaming looks terrifying!
I went to Randy Clark's school in PA once to an event, but thank the Lord didn't see anything like that. However, the way the person I was with started acting - not like this video but just nasty - maybe there were evil forces. I would never go again, and I'm upset that I just accepted certain teachings and practices as being of God when can see now they are not!!! Don't know why I wasn't more discerning. Now I'm quite concerned about some people who are into that.

@@beccamaycarey6797 - NAR I a loose term for many types of churches - it is NOT a cult, but it is doctrinal distortion and some heresy, depending on the particular church. Some have a lot of it, some a little. Many of us got involved years after we were saved because we were hungry for the supernatural.
Steven, I've really thought about trying to put something together about the reasons that church attendance is declining, and I find it hard to believe that things like this somehow don't play at least a part in that decline.

Yep. These kinds of churches burn people out. They always get people worked up for the next "big thing" that never happens and then people are left confused and often abandon Christianity, which they mistakenly think they were a part of. Also, kids who grow up in these environments are genuinely traumatized, and they run the opposite direction as soon as they can.

It's always about names of men. They always make sure to mention popular names as though they need to justify what's happening because they know it's not authentic. They always rely on names of other people in the "impartation" or New Apostolic Reformation movement. God doesn't need names of men to be mentioned for salvation or to send the Holy Spirit. The Gospel is about Jesus and the Holy spirit is already with those who trust on the Lord.
I help to facilitate a worship meeting called 'The Filling Station' here in the U.K. It is International and growing in numbers. The local one that I help with has a gathering this Friday 07/01/20) and we have a husband and wife who are involved with the Global Awakening. I was sceptical about having them as guest speakers and after watching this Stephen along with another one of your videos about Randy, I do not want to be there at all. I actually went to this at the behest of a Bethel student and his girlfriend and sat on the upper levels..I already knew they are all false "apostles and prophets." They get all the young Bethelites going with the music and loudness..I had to wear earplugs..I heard a lot of "whoaaa! C'mon's..and noises," that are all an act..It is suck fakery...Bethel has a lot of money and they buy a lot in town and have their big "church" and another location where they do meetings and have supposed to ministry called "Transformation Center," Sozo nonsense and such....Randy And Bill are false teachers and money is their god...Damn all these false American "churches...They are little more than businesses that need to be taxed and and regulated.. Being stuck in Redding. And being exposed to Bethel young students. Who are all privileged, opened my eyes more to see how it is certainly a trendy, spendy, and a place people go to feel an experience and worship their bands in a concert-like atmosphere.
Canada has a history of producing flaky evangelists. Aimee Semple McPherson, Charles Templeton, Benny Hinn, and Todd Bentley. They had to go to the USA to get famous but they started out in Canada.

Been there at Toronto Airport Vineyard and wasn't sure why I couldn't get the impartation? God was keeping me protected as I was missing something in my life, later on found out it was the Word of God I was missing. Satan will give you anything that keeps us from the Word of God. How many times does the bible mention "SELF CONTROL" well a lot. Here's just one: Tim 1:7 For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. Does any of this look like self control. NO IT'S DISTURBING TO SAY THE LEAST.
Randy Clark and the rest of these guys use an old parlor trick. They get the people primed up - for example, repetitive lyrics in worship; prophetic 'reading of people's mail' as it was called when I was in the Vineyard Movement, (which is nothing more that the cold readings that so-called psychics do to get people hooked.) One the crowds are primed, notice what he does, or, more to the point, SAYS to the crowd waiting in anticipation with excitement at what is to come. 'You might feel heat. You might be bowed over. You might sweat. You might feel like electricity is flowing through you...' He actually tells them what they are supposed to feel in a physical manifestation. When people are this primed, they are open to suggestion - you could literally have them eating out of your hand. It's mass hypnosis/psychosis, and these people will experience exactly what you tell them to expect.

When I used to be subscribed to DIRECTV, I use to watch the God TV channel for the LOLs. Every time I turned it on, it was a bucket of chuckles.
I lasted 6 months in a word n faith church , prosperity gospel church . I live in Toronto. My spirit grieved ALL THE TIME ! I wrestled with God all the time during that 6 months . I'm an ex new ager of 20 years , was saved In 2017 . Started going to this church in 2018 . It was all so new agey which is why my spirit was always GRIEVING! I was constantly in a state of confusion & wondering if any else was. The cherry on top of the cake was the death of "America's pastor " Billy Graham . Here I am reading the word of God soooo hungry for the truth after being deceived for 20 yrs in the new age so I wasn't playing around with God's word . The IDOLIZING that I saw when Graham died by my pastor & the church- I was DONE! .. pure hypocrisy & abominations yet nobody else seemed to have a problem with any of it! It was then I realised I was the ONLY real BORN AGAIN in that congregation ( going up to the pulpit saying a prayer to be saved isn't how being saved works!) ..
I got harassed for a while when I wasn't seen in church & that's when I started to have anxiety attacks bc it was a CULT & God forbid my "season " had come to an end & let me be. Nope . Then the final message I received from my pastors mother ( who I had gotten close to ) was how my pastor said I was possessed & wanted to do an emergency exorcism on me ! & speaking of exorcism, the ONLY reason I went back to that church after my 1st visit was because they recognized demons & the demonic aspect ( not just a fluff /tickle your ears church ) . I had just been saved in 2017 & I lived in a building with the address of 666 Spadina & let me tell you , 6 years of pure demonic HELL living in that building ! So if anyone understood demons & the devil & how they operate- oh trust me, it was me! ..
I ended up just blocking all the ppl from church without ever explaining myself. I didn't have to ! I tried bringing some concerns up just few wks prior to me leaving but they looked at me like I was crazy .
I know there was definitely demonic influences I felt when we had certain guest speakers .
Anyway , I know God led me to that church to Grow in Christ , which I did sooooo much! But I was only supposed to be there a short season . Unfortunately when my pastor etc spoke of everything having a SEASON- WELL that didn't include anyone in the congregation having a SEASON and then being done when their season was over . Again , they showed me that there is this " don't question the pastor " attitude ... & condescending behavior when I was shown some things that the Holy Spirit led me to discover .
Now that I think about it , I think I remember my pastor talking about Toronto Blessing & how it fell apart. It lost its "MANTLE" ...
I always believed based on what I learnt about my pastor during my time in church- that he chose the wrong ppl to associate with . Him & his wife were pretty down to earth . They weren't anything like a Copland etc ... hence I always felt he was led astray & got involved with the Word n Faith /charismatic movement but should have been someone rather exposing the false teachers . He cared about people my pastor ,at least that's what I felt not like these Copeland's etc . Btw my church was connected to the Copeland's which I learnt from the 1st day seeing them promote his books in the library . That's how & when the wrestling with Father began . BUT I needed to grow in Christ & my pastor was amazing to help me w that ! Hence I knew it was finally time to leave when i saw the blatant worship & idolization of false prophet Billy Graham. One of the first things I learnt reading the Bible was to have no false idols of any kind ! .. so how didn't my pastor/congregation know this?!
Anyway , my church is online with all these amazing RUclips channels !! Just found this one !
hi there , im glad you got through that rough season with wisdom in hand and im glad you found some good online teaching but I just wanted to encourage you to also keep making an effort to find a good church to join in person ( not digital ) Its just one part of being a healthy christian. I pray you will keep your eyes upon Jesus and keep reading his word. cheers

The church Is in our HEARTS . THE KINGDOM IS WITHIN , not in a church . If I was lead by the Holy Spirit back into a church building , I would have been lead there . But what I am lead to do is LET MY ONLINE MINISTERS who are preaching the REAL GOSPEL feed me spiritually. And preaching Bibical truths. Pastor Darby , E511 Ministries , pastor Joseph Skinner , Derek Broes /Global Witness, JT .. men who preach the TRUTH and most were also taken out of the church BUILDING .
Not sure where you get your beliefs from but going to church to be a "healthy Christian " .. I'm not a Christian first off. I DO NOT PUT MYSELF IN A BOX . did Jesus run around saying he was a "Christian " ... I mean , right there is where your problem is.
I'm a born again Believer . I follow Christ and HIS WORDS . The Real church is not in a church building.
Please take this "healthy Christian " to scripture. You will not find Christ saying that . You will see him saying the GATE IS NARROW . Many are called , few are chosen. Most pastors were taught by MAN . Christ tells us we must be taught by HIM/GOD. You can't serve 2 masters.
And if the gate is NARROW how can the CHURCH be the narrow gate? It's filled with hypocrisy and fake so called "Christians " who are focused on LIVING THEIR BEST LIFE and the prosperity gospel. So called "Christians " I know - do not have the Holy Spirit. They are not saved /born again . Are you? You aren't. I already know by your "healthy Christian " belief. I pray that you get saved :)

If those people learn something about paganism, pagans religions in asia, ancient religions, including buddhism and hinduism, it could change their mind.
I live in Indonesia, there are a lot of pagan beliefs here, and I'm not ashame to tell you that I followed one of those teaching a little bit back then, but Glory to God I'm healed.
One thing I can tell you, those people know nothing, if they learn a little bit about pagan/ancient religions in asia, they'll know that what they're doing is wrong.
One thing I can tell you, what they do, the effects, the phenomenas, those screams and trembling body, are similiar with what I learned and I saw back then, it has the same root. All of them have the same root. It leads you to satan without knowing, it indirectly lead you to lucifer.
But I don't expect much about those westerners, they havent done their homework and think that "THATS CHRISTIANITY", without knowing it already mixed with pagan practices.

These people aren't demon possessed.
Many of them truly love God. Unfortunately they are biblically illiterate and operate in these weird manifestations because they want to fit in.

No it very much is demonic. Look up shakti-pat and kundalini. These spirits can very much make you religious but it will be very distorted. Like you'll love a Christian lie kind of thing.
