Bone meat is insanely good. I make homemade beef stew by starting with a beef bone stock. Don’t tell anyone but I gnaw off the bone meat before anyone gets to taste it. Chef’s reward.

My Jamaican beef bone soup is way better than that. I put 2 pounds of adzuki beans in a pressure cooker to get soft. While that is pressuring i cook my beef bones in another big soup pot with water. When the beans get soft i throw it in the pot with the soup bones and cook it down with yellow yams, boniato(jamaican sweet potato) scallion, onion, thyme, 2 table spoon salt, carrots and let it cook down to the right consistency. Its the best. It goes well with the adzuki beans. Adzuki beans does not make you pass gas. I make it for my autistic son and he licks his finger and cant get enough. The soup that you are showing me is more like a broth. Anything with soup bone is going to taste great. Enjoy the meal guys.
I would say that the noodle soup is more like beef n meatball katew. Not really a boat noodle. Boat noodle is made with pirk blood as the soup base n has other diff stuff in there. But it still looks bomb tho!!

I’ve heard you’re not supposed to give dogs cooked bone as the shards could split their intestines. Raw bones, I think won’t splinter as easily.
