- If a parent is a green card holder and wants to petition for their children to come to the U.S., the parent can sponsor the children.
It is important to note that children over 21 will have a longer processing time, whereas children under 21 will be a priority.

HI I have a doubt. An LPR has a 19 year old out of status and want s to file for adjustment I 130 and I 485 and supplement. Do they need to check the box yes applying under INA 245(i) overstay over 180 days. He arrived as a B2 visitor.Also does she need to file the I601 waiver of inadmissibility. Will he need to leave the US? Thanks

I just have a question about the time of the process! Is it really that long?
On USCIS website it says in California it takes about 10 years to process your application but in Texas it’s just a couple of months...
Is that really what’s happening in the real life? Because i’ve never heard anyone being approved that fast!

Hello, is it possible for children (4 and 6 years old) of a green card holder stay with the mother inside the US until the consulate gives an appointment ? Because they are too little to stay without the mother this long. Thanks in advance
