Worked for our family almost immediately after filing. Can confirm 10/10. It's unfortunate that this is what it takes to action the legal process.
After watching this video, I once again was filled with hopes for my Sister, but after talking with I bel8ve Jeff over the phone, said your company couldn't help. Pretty crazy for those of us whose been waiting to get their love ones after 20 years and have to wait another 20 + years because the Biden Administration would rather reward illegal entry than legal entry. Rewarding those who would rather not follow the rules. Sad
I feel you! Vote for Trump because Biden is giving these illegals everything and is letting them stay in hotels while we work our butts off
Actually, you can thank trump for getting those wheels turning. Although it would be nice if Biden would correct it.

Is casablanca still not issuing with out a suit?
USCIS administratively closed my I-485 because EOIR hasn’t terminated my case, which is wrong. Even in EOIR website I can see my case was terminated. My attorney filed to reopen and submitted the documents. How long do I have to wait? Can I sue them for having the mistake that makes me wait longer? I haven’t seen your Video regarding this matter. It's really unfortunate that, despite the fact that this attorney has such a great videos, and appears to be very knowledgeable when you call one of his law offices, the operator/ receptionist in MO, does not speak very good English, and does not have the ability to really understand what the client needs. I specifically asked what the retainer would be in the event that my already existing case was denied at some point and the receptionist was very rude and she gave me completely irrelevant information. Not to mention the fact that her English was very limited. I went from really interested in hiring this firm to zero interest.

Hello ! I hired Hacking Law to file a mandamus for my spouses case. The summons were sent over 30 days ago to the defendants, and the paralegal I am working with said that not all the defendants have been served yet. My question is, typically, from your experience, how long does it take for them to receive the lawsuit by certified mail ?

@Jansherkhan1 I will say so far, they have been very responsive and on top of things. Once you hire them, they process all your stuff very quickly. So, no wasting time there !! We filed a lawsuit but we filed our petition 5 years ago and now we are just waiting out the 60-day, so I can't speak much on the entire process from beginning to end yet?? But it is a gamble one has to take sometimes. I would say it's worth it to give them a call and talk it out and see what they advise you to do ! Best of luck

Don't worry it took us 2 yrs to get my husband's residence card
The reason they are behind is because of all the illegals coming in & they even put a hold on my hubby's residence green card! I called & bugged them till they finally sent it@ if you lived close I would help u@lyle1

It was sent back from NVC July 2021 to USCIS
Been waiting for an update to USCIS

So I guess that answers my question then. We filed our I-130 and I-130a on September 17th. Does this mean by March 17th I can call you up and start the process of suing them to help possibly get our first interview going?

. I had a eb2 i40 and my pd is may 2012. me and my wife applied for i485 concurrently with a downgrade to eb3 in oct 2020. we got biometrics and ead end of 2021. we also send in medicals during biometrics. currently we are waiting for i485 to be approved and our case is in baltimoe fo since a few months. can mandamus help me.
