Just received my passport today n found out i got visa b1/b2 til dec 15, 2022. Am leaving sept 29 to spend 30 days just to update my ss widows benefit. this mean that every 6 mos i hav to apply to get visa which is to much. I think i need immigration lawyer for this

Me and my wife got married, upon returning from our honeymoon cruise she got deported. She was here on a valid B1/B2 visa (expired 2028), had 4.5 months left on her stay. Now she is in the Philippine, I filed I-130 and I-129F (K3 visa) on 7/1/2022 (time to process per USCIS 4.5 months); what can I do help expedite her return?

Why does this immigration court exist, since the judge's decision is disrespected and NOT enforced , obviously immigrations offices and their attorney have MUCH more POWER. Why ???? I had a violation of a restraining order in 2009 An almost 30 traffic tickets over a 20 year driving history / today I had my interview and the officer was upset for my driving record / I still got the “recommendation for approval” but told me a supervisor has to see it and give me a final approve. Never had a criminal traffic ticket / normal speeding/ seatbelt / run stop sing my last ticket was 2020 /// em I going to get denied? Am so worried and stressed out help plz

Suppose you came here because of situations that's life threatening and you didn't get the chance to file for asylum before the year passes and your even afraid because your life is at threat here also because of networking from your country link to here. So therefore you don't want stay here in the US either. How would someone get help out of such predicament.
