yes, if she is in usa long enough and got her greencard or us. citizen the kids will be automatic citizen if under 18.

Thank you very much for providing detailed information about step children also about immediate relatives, my question is, as you said, unmarried children over 18 and below 21 are considered as immediate relatives, the timeline of green cards or i130 will be the same for kids below 18 and over 18 ? Yes because those are the same category so the timeline is the same.

I have filed an I-130 petition for my parents and got approved last month (Now waiting for an interview date). Currently, my parents are in the US with a B1- B2 tourist visa. Since they are in the US, Can I apply for I-485 to adjust the status to the Green card without sending them back home? Thank you in advance for your response 🙏
If you are a US citizen then yes, your parents probably qualify for adjustment of status. Please keep in mind that if they do apply for adjustment of status then they cannot travel using their tourist visa and will have to wait in the US. If they are married then they are in the same category as those who are married over the age of 21
