    Dude is great at describing how to move what part and to where and modifications and where you might feel things and how to deal with that..... It's a skill that not all yoga instructors have!

    I was doing an hour of elliptic (felling good) but felt so alive and well after finishing with the elliptical + 7 minute quick yoga. Love you Flo 💙

    Love this. I desperately need more core strength. Going to focus more on yoga and calisthenics. Been weight lifting without putting focus on my core and glutes for far too long

    Hello flow, my name is itay, I am from Tel Aviv Israel , and I wanted to ask for your help. I am addicted to your videos and I think I already did all of them😅 . I having the Israeli SAT exam next week in the noon and I would like to open my day of the exam with one of your classes because it’s make me feel more focused and calm. Which one do you recommend me to do that I will bring up my awareness and be calm but in the other hand one that I won’t be tired in exam? Thanks a lot anyway, you are awesome!
