Dude is great at describing how to move what part and to where and modifications and where you might feel things and how to deal with that..... It's a skill that not all yoga instructors have! I love this dude.

Love this. I desperately need more core strength. Going to focus more on yoga and calisthenics. Been weight lifting without putting focus on my core and glutes for far too long
