The Skelligs are a UNESCO World Heritage Site off the coast of Ireland. They've been made even more famous by their recent inclusion in the Star Wars films The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi.
This video was made in conjunction with a photography book project I'm running on Kickstarter to produce the definitive landscape photography book on these incredible islands. Check it out at the link above.

Absolutely stunning, I saw the Skelligs from land when I was in Ireland two years ago. I live in New Zealand.
This is so beautiful!! We were able to go to Skellig Michael Island a few years ago on our very first trip to Ireland. It was an absolutely perfect day! We ended up being the last ones on the island because our boat was the last to arrive. The pictures we took with no one else around were incredible. What an amazing experience! I just found this music as I was looking for some inspiration to remember this memory in my " brain retraining practice" for health reasons. Wow, so beautiful... And so fun reliving that memory. Thank you for this inspiration!

Enjoyed your video. I visited the Island a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the sea was not calm enough for us to land. It was still a great experience.

Hi John - the monk shall remain nameless unless he wishes to reveal himself =) He was there in reality.
