The reason bron was coasting in the first half of game 7 was because he was saving what little was in the tank for the end of the game, him getting fired up earlier than he wanted to caused him to empty the tank by the end. 2018 finals game 1 is an example he emptied the tank by the end of the 4th and had nothing left for ot, he's still human as ty lou mentioned "he was exhausted".

Ty lue, at one point monty williams, gave lawrence frank his second chances and promoted him to front office while he was still the senior VP, sam cassell, Thibs ( mentoring him to become a good coach - he stated himself in an interview ).
