One of the most underrated players of all time . He was all emotion and heart , but had so much NBA IQ. If he cared about what people think , he’d be in the Hall of Fame . But that’s what made Sheed , Sheed , that he didn’t care . For that , he was one of my favorite players of all time .
If you put prime rasheed on the lakers today they become an instant contender thats how great he is.

Sheed came up in a time where they wanted the players to where suits and be ultra professional. Not that Sheed was not. But the league wasn’t as player friendly as it is now. But the real ones know bout Sheed. He was mean and nasty on the block. His turnaround fade away on either block over any shoulder was unstable and dare I say he was one of the first stretch fours. And he could shoot it with the left as well as the right hand with consistency. Sheed is definitely one my all time favorite players.

Met Sheed at the mall in Portland.... This dude was wit his family and was the most humble dude. He never looked away from ppl trying to get his attention. He signed stuff for ppl and genuinely said what's up to anyone who wanted to speak to him. Dopest interaction with a "celeb" I've seen to date ✊🏾💪🏾👍🏾.
Man when Sheed came to Detroit my dad worked part time as a limo driver. My dad said Sheed was one of the nicest guys ever and afterwards gave him a huge tip.

I remember when Sheed was on the Pistons and rolled his ankle nasty. He always played in high top AF1's so he just tightened up the strap and kept playing. Straight dawg!!! Made me fall in love with his game and AF1'S at the same time. Living legend!!

Why? Sheed ain't live up to expectations with his skill he should've been a top 5 PF of all time with his two way capability it just ain't materialize like it should. Really really good player tho but idk about Naismith HOF. I'm born and raised in Philly and wanted sheed to be like KG and Timmy and them consistently.

Sheed is a legend man. Remember in the 2010 finals against LA he hit a clutch 3 to keep it close and it made me hold my breath. Amazing memories thank you Sheed.
