      Lombard region. The 440 can be a killer. Stay away from the solid bodies, at least for a while. Everything in moderation.

      @Alexandre Langlois it does when you consider 432 was the original tuning of all instruments before it was changed to 440
      Vibrating at the same frequency as the earth was more of an observation.

    This tuning is so much more harmonically pleasing compared to the modern day 440hz. Prior to 1940, pretty much all music was played in 432hz. Everything has been weaponized (by the elites) in the last century, from our food, water, and air we breathe, our light (with blue lighting and LED lighting), as well as our music.

I’ve been playing for 13 years and I’ve always felt like 440hz sounds too sharp and I always end up around 432 to 434 when I tune by ear. 432 was the tuning frequency for all instruments and if you MANUALLY tune from the LOW E (5th fret method) you can tune the other 5 easily. Quit using cheats like ELECTRONICS. If in doubt consult someone who knows. I learned this method in High School by a teacher that demanded the guitar be held classically instead of the most popular way of resting guitar on the outside leg. I still tune using this method

    • @davesims7917
      @davesims7917 5 лет назад +1

      OK I did a little research and the more I’m looking into this more I think this is absolute bullshit...
      I was under the impression the whole time that the A string with the current standard tuning is 440 Hz and this new system dropped it down to 432 Hz for the A string.
      I was shocked to find out that the standard tuning for A string is 110 Hz and not 440!!!
      Each individual string has its own FRACTIONAL Hz...whether or not its set at 440 OR 432!!!
      This all smells of bullshit to me!

      @@davesims7917 It has to do with piano tuning/pitch, where the A above Middle C, A4, is tuned to 432 Hz, or A432 as it's referred to. My mother just bought a piano that has Pitch A435 1935 inscribed on the back, as that's what international pitch was prior to 440 Hz thanks to France making a law requiring it to be so back in 1859.

    Who else has this happen to them naturally?
    I thought there was something wrong with my ears. When I tuned my guitar by ear I would just naturally end up at 432. Then plugging into a tuner I would think "why am i always off by the same amount?"
    Now we know.

    • @FuzzvilleMusic
      @FuzzvilleMusic  Год назад +1

      No, it has nothing to do with Drop D, or anything like that. 432 is just a little bit lower tuning compared to standard. If you tune your guitar to 432 and then try to play with someone else that has standard tuning, you 'll be probably be out of tune.

    I'm confused about how I'm still able to jam along to standard tuning songs with a 432-tuned guitar, and yet not sound out of tune. Can someone explain?

    • @FuzzvilleMusic
      @FuzzvilleMusic  3 года назад +2

      You can actually jam only with those who have tuned in 432Hz. If you don't hear any difference at all, either you aren't in 432 or the song is not in 440.

    • @EvolvingTechnology
      @EvolvingTechnology 2 года назад

      In either tuning, the intervals between each note are the same (the notes are spaced out similarly), so playing a song still sounds like that song, just that 440.0 tuning is sharper than 432.1 tuning

  • @jchigheagle

    The tunings are not accurate for E-A-D-B-G-E strings. I checked using a frequency analyzer. They are all off slightly.

    • @FuzzvilleMusic
      @FuzzvilleMusic  5 лет назад +1

      You may be right. But all tuners have a small declination anyway. Even your frequency analyzer. You can never have 100% accuracy.

    • @FuzzvilleMusic

      It's just a little bit lower compared to standard tuning which is 440Hz (A note = 440Hz). And probably a little bit more relaxing for singing.

    But if I tune my acoustic guitar to 432hz, will it still be in tune with my electric guitar that's tuned at 440hz? Or will the pitch be ever so slightly lower at 432hz???

    • @FuzzvilleMusic
      @FuzzvilleMusic  3 года назад +3

      432Hz tuning is a little bit lower than 440. Your guitars need to be on exactly the same pitch, otherwise they 'll sound awful. Tune them both at 432 or 440 and they 'll be fine.
