Im a football player a Linebacker in fact he is not lifting like a bodybuilder if you don’t have strength to defend and dominate in the paint then your cooked so he’s not lifting like a bodybuilder

I also did that in the past… but if you work on compound lifts it is going to increase your athleticism way more. You would never see a professional basketball player do 3 isolating chest exercises!
