- The typical grind of a high school hooper with dreams of playing college ball! A day in my life in July trying to be the best basketball player I can be and trying to be the best person I can be while trying to stay as productive as possible!

What are your entries like in your journal is it like a to do list or?
I write a to do list the night before but when I journal, I say what I’m grateful for etc
How do you make your shooting workouts. Do you use like an app or something. Cause i use brekathrough basketball and its great.
My coach gives me workouts to do.

@@colinmichel_1 Doing a bodybuilders split is absurd as a basketball player, plyos after all the fatiguing things from the day is also absurd, your skill enhancement is not great either, doing basic drills with little challenge or variability, your lifting is a bunch of random excersises that have no purpose or periodization smh, not getting gains from that shit.
@@seth1321there basic strength workouts that a lot of athletes do. Also fundamentals are necessary for becoming a better basketball player. If you get the right nutrition, sleep, and recovery then your good.
@@colinmichel_1 no, not really, follow a program by a legit trainer, about your skills fundamentals are overrated maybe some fundamentals but at your skill level adding variable training would help a lot, but the strength is complete bs
