Nice collection, Sergio. We had problems with squirrels eating all our fruit as well, we rescued a hunting dog from being euthanized and she has kept all the squirrels away, they don't even bother coming over anymore, so finally we will get to taste some mangos this year!
Thank you @dirtywhiteboy7922! I’m glad you were able to find & save your new family member & now get to also enjoy your mangos! I also found a great remedy to keep the squirrels away recently 💪
Great video guys! Sergio your yard is amazing and love that you are developing new varieties of mango 🥭 to keep it interesting. I find it so funny that our tropical fruit tree community loves the challenge of growing something outside their grow zone. Keep us posted on those peach trees 🍑.
I had 2 peach trees in Miami but they rotted on the bottom and dropped dead. These were the only trees to do that of about 500 citrus mango avocado and lychee trees. The peaches were the greatest on earth. I didn’t care that they collapsed because when we left the fruit on the tree to ripen just 1 second too long fruit flies punctured the fruit to deposit eggs. I didn’t spray because unlike other fruit they didn’t have skin. But again those low chill peaches were absolutely spectacular. May have been Florida or UF Sun and Florida or UF One. I’m not sure but maybe they were like 50 chill hour peaches.
what system do you use to label and remember all those trees. if i move i would hope new move in would consider taking some care of trees i put in because i at least labeled them
@gilbertomartinez6981 God has helped me to remember each tree & each graft I’ve done so I know all of them. The bananas, plantains, & dragon fruit are more difficult for me to remember because I don’t give them as much attention but I can still remember some of them just by looking.
If I could harvest the berries for medicine/supplement as they do for prostate cancer prevention it wouldn’t be such a problem but they’re taking up too much space where more varieties of mango can go. The leaves are also heavily serrated & take a long time to break down so maintenance is also painful
What a cool guy. He has really inspired me to get back into it. God Bless Everyone.
Yes very cool guy
Amen 🙏 God Bless You as well! Thank you for your kind words! I hope when you get back into it you easily find your joy that got you into it!
This guy has a serious collection, impressive.

@@RepentanceGarden my next will be the best ever and I’ll do it with Paul. Don’t know when but it will be done.
@@weiss613Looking forward to seeing it!
Shalom Paul. Lots of nice young trees.

We like to grow fruitful tress after retirement, which is safest and cheapest place to buy/ house and land in south Florida
Why does he want to get rid of those protected palms when there is space everywhere?

Sound is bad again! Paul… mics make a big difference
I'm using my mic for my newer videos no worries
his OS looks like its starving for something
I’ve fertilized it like all the others but it’s the only one responding differently, which is why I suspect something in the soil
@@RepentanceGarden I recall reading something about the soil acidity or lack thereof making it harder for the tree to absorb nitrogen.
@@BIGGGY305Thank you, I’ll check into it!
