Just did these on my K5 too. I was surprised how my bolts weren't all corroded. I replaced the core support and very rear ones before and thought the middle three mounts would be bad. Used my buddy's lift for the job and had to drop the tank but had it out recently for my current swap going on. Between the frame on the lift and body pushed up jack stands looked pretty sketch! Nice instructions!
Thanks for the video. About to do my 73 K5...Do you happen to have the bolts sizes? My Energy Suspension Kit doesn't come with new so i'd like to switch out. I'm pretty sure theyre a mix of grade 5 and 8 Hex or Carriage 1/2"-13 of various length. thanks.
Good job! Question for you. Did you have to drop the tank to get to the mounts in the back of the blazer? You must have left that clip out? lol I have a K5 and my mount kit. I really would like to avoid dropping the tank any info would be helpful
I did not have to lower or do anything with the gas tank to reach any of the body mounts. My gas tank is new so not sure if it slightly different than the factory one where it might be a problem tho
I wasn't really planning on it, the engine temp actually stays relatively cool. Hasn't gone above the half way mark on the gauge since I installed the new radiator and it works really well.

Haha I bet! Always good when the bolts aren't corroded!

Hey Mike. Are you going to run the double electric fans instead of the single fan coming from the engine?

Please turn off the stereo or TV... the background noise is very distracting.
