I worked really hard to get to where I am and I still struggle mentally. I was often harassed or asked to Leave when I was just trying to sleep for a couple hours after working a 12 hour shift. I worked really hard to get to where I am and I still struggle mentally. I was often harassed or asked to Leave when I was just trying to sleep for a couple hours after working a 12 hour shift. You never know what you could possibly go through in life, so don’t judge someone based on things you know nothing about.

So in this case I’d say charge the transport driver as well but the other guy didn’t have shit to do with the ride. I guess the big question would be when did he become paralyzed, was it due the ride or the way they handled him at recieving after passing out!!

Depends on what job you are going for. If you are able bodied, you are not high as a kite or smell so much of booze you are fire hazard and willing to work, there are jobs for you. There are always some physical labor what needs hands. From there you get money and depending on agreement might get shower and get to wash clothes. There are ways to get back on your feet, but yeah government is not one helping them. If they would, there would be work offered to homeless and type of office that manages bank account and works as their address until things are in order.

It was someone else driving. Witnesses saw him driving erratically and slamming on the brakes on purpose and they even have a live camera to the back and saw him get knocked out but pretended that they didn't. Also this story has barely shown up in the news in St. Petersburg.. interesting..

Happened to my friend he was an addict on the street cops picked him up and they forgot about him in the van 30 minutes went by til they checked on him and he died from an overdose these cops need to take responsibility for there actions.
