If you think about it, most people have their passcodes for banking app, cash app, social media, Apple/Google Pay, etc. autosaved on their phone. Getting that password would wreck havoc for the victim but a potentially huge score for the thieves. Zelle yourself with the victim phone through her bank app, if the app request a text code verification, they have her phone for it. Go to gas stations, or any store and use Apple/google pay to pay for items if they have credit card saved on phone. Easily running up thousands of dollars. Hack the victim social media account to scam the victim family/friends.

There are safer areas even in the big cities that you can walk on the sidewalks and not be in fear of getting robbed. The case of Kitty Genevieve she was stabbed, left to die, didn’t die so the man came back and stabbed her to death 5-10 minutes later after she had been screaming for help in front of her apartment and nobody came to help. I was in the same position. Dude tried to rape me. Possibly kill me. I took off running and fell and broke my ribs. As well. He was in the truck and finally caught up with me. I heard a girl calling for help outside in my building complex late at night and I called the cops right away...the yelling stopped, but started again soon after. This time, I just ran downstairs to see what was going on, and I found a girl who was beaten black and blue, her face swollen like a melon... She was completely lost, not being from town, and even managed to get trapped in an adjacent building's parking lot (she was probably concussed and told me she was drinking heavily before). I was even going to wave a cruiser down but she freaked out and said "NO COPS!" so I didn't. I found out she was on probation and her just being in Toronto would be a violation, so hell if I was going to put this girl through that in her current state. I patched her up at home, let her charge her phone and contact someone she trusted to come and get her. She offered me sexual favors and I just told her how wrong it would be in her state...but she offered a joint and I jumped on that lol. Heard from her years later, and she said it was because of me she got her life together, and was now a happy mom.
The fact that nobody stopped for her and they were able to come back and traumatize her again… it’s beyond words. I hope these guys get caught and get life in prison.

At 18, I was kidnapped from the bus station in Chicago and taken somewhere. By the time I got away it was 2am. Went to the nearest phone booth and called the cops. 2 plainclothed policemen show up in an unmarked car, making me nervous. All they could say was wtf am I doing in South Boston, in the middle of the night. They took me back to the bus terminal. Haven't been back.

I saw men running across a street and then a woman frantically waving her arms just like this woman. I was about to turn onto the street where I lived. I stopped and allowed her to get in my car and immediately locked the doors. Those men had robbed her at gun point and took all the money she'd earned that day. Her English was broken and she was crying hysterically so communicating was difficult. All I could do was pat on her back to try to calm her down. All of this happened at a bus stop. She wanted me to take her back to the bus stop. No way was I going to do that. I took her home. She lived far from where I lived. I didn't go into her apartment. Honestly, I worried about and wondered how she was. I saw her in a Sam's Club near my home. She didn't remember me. She was so traumatized, I understand why she didn't. I was able to communicate with her husband. I explained to him that I'm the one who picked her up and took her home. He told me she spent days in the hospital because she was in shock and so traumatized. I was grateful to know she was OK.
That is a sad situation. I wouldn't live in Chicago again EVER!! BUT did you call the police, fire, EMTS. You must be a wonderful humanitarian. Shame on you!

I heard a girl calling for help outside in my building complex late at night and I called the cops right away...the yelling stopped, but started again soon after.
This time, I just ran downstairs to see what was going on, and I found a girl who was beaten black and blue, her face swollen like a melon...
She was completely lost, not being from town, and even managed to get trapped in an adjacent building's parking lot (she was probably concussed and told me she was drinking heavily before).
I was even going to wave a cruiser down but she freaked out and said "NO COPS!" so I didn't. I found out she was on probation and her just being in Toronto would be a violation, so hell if I was going to put this girl through that in her current state.
I patched her up at home, let her charge her phone and contact someone she trusted to come and get her. She offered me sexual favors and I just told her how wrong it would be in her state...but she offered a joint and I jumped on that lol.
Heard from her years later, and she said it was because of me she got her life together, and was now a happy mom.
The fact that nobody stopped for her and they were able to come back and traumatize her again… it’s beyond words. I hope these guys get caught and get life in prison.

At 18, I was kidnapped from the bus station in Chicago and taken somewhere. By the time I got away it was 2am. Went to the nearest phone booth and called the cops.
2 plainclothed policemen show up in an unmarked car, making me nervous.

I saw men running across a street and then a woman frantically waving her arms just like this woman. I was about to turn onto the street where I lived. I stopped and allowed her to get in my car and immediately locked the doors. Those men had robbed her at gun point and took all the money she'd earned that day. Her English was broken and she was crying hysterically so communicating was difficult. All I could do was pat on her back to try to calm her down. All of this happened at a bus stop. She wanted me to take her back to the bus stop. No way was I going to do that. I took her home. She lived far from where I lived. I didn't go into her apartment. Honestly, I worried about and wondered how she was. I saw her in a Sam's Club near my home. She didn't remember me. She was so traumatized, I understand why she didn't. I was able to communicate with her husband. I explained to him that I'm the one who picked her up and took her home. He told me she spent days in the hospital because she was in shock and so traumatized. I was grateful to know she was OK.

Sadly America has become so divided, that if someone ever asked me for help, I'd think they have ulterior motives. Because recently people have just gone feral in a way. It's very much every man for himself mentality. Which is so sad. Some places like Chicago also have a really bad reputation for being crime ridden. So people wouldn't stop to help, even if they wanted to. You just can't tell if someone really needs help or if someone is setting a trap to rob you. Sad truth about American society at the moment.
