We went through 3 of these in the 2 years we had the warranty for. Every time dead motor. On the plus side, warranty replacements and customer service is A+
I hope that Giraffe Tools pressure washer with retractable system is able to withstand since I have seen other people who have bought a similar one and they have had not a good experience with them.
While these things are well "designed", the execution of the machine as a total is pure garbage. These things went on sale in Australia at the start of this year, from what I have seen, people have paid for their machine and waited months for it to arrive. And when something inevitably goes wrong, the company doesn't have a customer support system in place to efficiently deal with these issues. Plenty of flashy images and impressive words on the website and social media marketing, but little to no substance behind them. And this is before considering the lack of water flow, the nasty hose or terrible ramp-up and ramp-down brought on by the induction motor. Sorry for the downer post, but I'm surprised a professional user would choose to buy a machine like this to rely on day in, day out.
@@DFBsGarage100% agree. Most of the machines you see on YT are because of sponsorship, not that it’s actually a great product. The company is spending more on marketing than putting good components in the machine, like that pump and hose.
Paying $700 for a pressure washer with the same or worse performance (1.1 gpm) than some $100 pressure washers doesn’t seem like good value to me. That is also a cheep hose. The biggest problem with these all in one units is when the pressure washer part breaks you have to also buy the hose and reel again. For far cheaper you can get better of everything, then when the pressure washer dies that’s all that you have to buy.
This will never pay for itself. You don’t have to pay $700 for the convenience of a hose reel. You can get a much better reel and hose for cheaper. The worst part is when the cheap pressure washer dies you have to buy everything again.
I would also like to add this was double the price of the Bauer that just died. Time will tell if this was worth the price.
Have mine 4 almost 2 years.only con is cant get parts from any1 but them.
Decent and takes up less space. I like it!! Great video Brian 💎
Extremely awesome power washer. I even built a moble hanger
Awesome video and product review good friend
That's a keeper. Thanks, Brian
Definitely interested in seeing just how this holds up in your shop
My guess is the recoil spring will be the first to go.

I've seen that too Humberto

Thanks Brian, I’ve been looking for something with a hose reel and a 100 feet of hose is sure nice to have… John
Brian I got one on Prime Day today. Should have it in a few days. Thanks again for the demo… John
no leaks at all? Great video btw, thank you! Im just concerned if at this point, has there been any leaks.

Yeah, I’ve steered away from the AIO units for exactly these reasons.
Kranzla is the best
It should pay for itself, with the gain of productivity. By not having to move the unit around and wrap up the hose.

Time will tell . I would not buy it for that price thats for sure.

Don’t get fooled by this people!
Something, just Something, tells me you're eventually not going to like it. It looks expensive too. Just my opinion, Brian. Sorry.
You will know when it needs to be replaced… lol… it will be the next PW video. I buy these for the shop. And they get used hard.
