They also performed smoking out the window the Soooul Train They opened & closed the night!! Bootsie named the group & he also gave "Babyface" his nickname

The soul train awards was also filmed at the Apollo theater...so that boo you up like it's the Apollo was very fitting.
The live AMA awards performance of ‘smoking out the window’ and the soul train awards performance tonight of ‘fly as me’ was even better if you can believe that! These guys deliver every single time. . And the band? The lighting guy? Kudos.
Silk Sonic set the start of the show on fire then burned it down at the end. Call the fire department! Anderson and Bruno along with the awesome singers and band is a force to be reckon with. Go Silk Sonic! Loved your reaction!

In 2015 I was on a parade float for Mardi Gras in Shreveport,La. The float already was a train and we fixed it up to look Soul Train and we all wore costumes from the ‘70’s. I had my sequins and bell-bottoms and for 3-4 hours we drank and threw beads & toys along the route. Lots of fun!

After Last Night is the next "must listen" from Silk Sonic. It features Bootsy Collins and Thundercat. A very sexy song.

If this is not my favorite track on the album, it's near to it. So much fun. No album as hilarious as this one has any business being so great musically.
And since I'm saying something... For something else completely different and amazing, try "G.O.A.T" by Polyphia. The band is a highest-level instrumental (no really) group and contains one of the new-generation "guitar heroes." They compose trap-ish melodies on a computer and figure out how to deliver that sonic character with two guitars, a bass, and a drummer. Beastly musicianship to do what they do. Beastly.
And if that kind of complex, broken-up, poly-rhythmic drumming lights your fire, "experimental hip-hop" (whatever that means) group Death Grips might be worth your time. Start with "I've Seen Footage." That's about as approachable as they get.

I grew up in the 60s and 70s, so of course I love this. LOL I heard some very subtle nods Earth Wind & Fire, as well Sly & The Family Stone.
Bruno grew up with the 70’s influence, he has an amazing stage presence, and I have seen him live and the entire concert had this energy. He is unable to be contained and I love his showmanship and his band, I would love to see silk sonic live too
We are watching a performance that is so good your ears have a tough time telling the difference between the live performance versus the album versus the video . And every reactor who has seen them perform has been wondering the same thing.... when are we going to get this on tour? Is literally going to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience

They have a track that has never been reacted to on RUclips as far as I am aware. The lyrics, production and vibe of the song are amazing. Of course; this is just my opinion but I would hazard a guess that you would really enjoy it if you took time to listen to it. The track is called Field of Dreams. It is my opinion you would be the perfect reactor for this track but if you do not have time to make a video I would understand, but please find time to listen to it if you can.
