Gta San Andreas graphics and character, vehicle, city, weapon and environment models are way way better than Gta 3! A weapon that is stronger than the weapon in the other game does not make that game any better...

Another great detail I noticed is that when you get close to a NPC with headphones on, you will hear music from the headphones.
Always wondered what that sounds was back as a kid. Never figured it’s was music.
