    FYI:
    1. Once beef jangjorim becomes cool, put it in a glass jar and refrigerate it. Serve it later with the eggs and broth together. You do not need to reheat it; it tastes great cold.
    2. You can serve musaengchae right after you make it, or keep it in the refrigerator and serve it whenever you want. It will last for several weeks.
    3. I like to eat putgochu muchim in a week.

    3 yummy looking recipes. We liked the background music a lot too. Your recipes and cooking techniques are so elegant and straight forward. I have made the Inkagayo sandwich twice (once with leftover salmon), and my family loves it . My mother really raves about it. Have a happy Christmas/ Holiday Aeri!

    Hi, Aeri! I just have to drop another comment here. I made jang jorim w/ your recipe, found some kwarigochu in my local korean market and i replace the beef w/ king oyster & enoki mushrooms. The enoki tastes so good like shredded beef minus the shredding. I use no beef bouillon+water to replace the beef broth and reduce the water and reduce the soy sauce. I must say thank you 1000x for sharing your recipe. I added whole eggs on top of my mushrooms & cook it together. When i was done, i put all my mushroom in 1 container & peeled the eggs and put them in different container to soak w/ the brine. My kids eat all 6 eggs in 3 days. I can’t seem to eat enough rice w/ my myshroom jangjorim.

    Merry Christmas Aeri!! I haven’t made jangjorim for so long sing i went plant based. Seeing you shredding that beef makes me think of Eryngi mushroom that would taste so good as the beef stand in. I always make musaengchae whenever i make kimchi. Now i only need to make your putgochu muchim recipe since i’m about to open my jar of ripening doenjang. I made them 6 months ago and it’s been sitting patiently basking in the morning sun on my windowsill. Thank you for sharing these day to day side dishes, Aeri. Looking forward to more.

      Aeri's Kitchen hi, i do make my own doenjang & ganjang. It was my 2nd try that works wonderfully. The recipe makes 3-4 quart mason jars of ganjang. I added dashima in 1 to mimic the taste of fish sauce. It’s the only way i can control what goes into my condiments. Btw, when you use mushroom for jangjorim, do you shred the mushroom before or after the braise? I never tried but i can imagine it would taste good since it got similar texture to beef.

      That's wonderful ~~~ :) For mushroom you don't want to cook as you cook beef.. you will just make broth with all the vegetable ingredients without beef.. and then... discard the vegetables... add the seasoning ingredients like soy sauce in the video.. adjust the saltiness... mushroom absorb the saltiness a lot better and more than beef.. so consider that.. and mushroom makes water too.. so consider that too.. anyway.. I suggest to try with oyster mushroom for it if you can get.. I will not make the mushroom too thin or small.. it's up to you.. in the step I added the shredded beef and cook again in the video.. you add mushroom with other ingredients (garlic, hot pepper.. boiled eggs..)

    Everything looks delicious, how much I Iove Korean food 😍, unfortunately for me can eat some of it, because IBS like radish or spicy 😪, recently in our market they bring in Korean side dishes prepackage but don't know what to buy because name and ingredients are only in Korean,this would help me to identify some 🤔 Merry Christmas to you and your family!

If you can tell me what kind of ingredients or flavor of food give you problem to digest, I can suggest better what kind of Korean food you can eat.       녹차라떼 열심히 일하시네요 👍 네 제가 채널을 시작한건 그렇게 오래됐네요 중간 중간 공백기도 있었고 거의 포기하려던 순간도 있었어요 구독자수에 비해 제 비디오 인기도가 많이 부족해요 요즘은 ..그래도 소통하며 한명한명 소중하게 생각하고있어요. 그러다보니 예전에 즐겁게 비디오 만들던 때로 돌아간 느낌이라 좋아요 우와 대학시절이라 ....신기하네요 정말 더디게 발전하는 채널인데도 여전히 함께해주셔서 감사해요 한국 구독자분들 만나면 넘 좋아요 2019년에는 더 나은 컨텐츠를 만들수 있도록 노력할게요 계속 응원해 주실거죠? ㅎㅎㅎ

      Lo siento, pero la miel no coincidirá con musaengchae para darle sabor. Por supuesto, si la miel es la única opción que puedes usar, puedes probarla. Feliz Navidad. :)

      It's getting better in Korea though since they've been importing beef a lot recently from USA or Australia... So my guessing was right.. you are living in Korea.. can I ask you ..where are you from? ^^

      Aeri's Kitchen Hello, I came from a third world country, The Philippines. 😁 It is not my intention to get marry with a Korean but it just happened. Love moves in mysterious ways. 😅
      I have difficult adjustment here because of language and food difference. I am not a good cook but I try to cook by watching youtube.
      My first mentor is Maangchi but most of her recipe is expensive and I need to skip most of her talks to go directly to her cooking or baking tutorial. I feel so frustrated when I made a mistake on the recipe I follow because I am really shocked with the cost of products on Emart and local market. 😭😭😭
      I searched on many Korean cooking channels but they usually have no English subtitle. I am still doing self-study in Hangeul. RUclips became my friend, long before I came here. I am glad that I found your channel. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I wish you more subscribers and viewers to come. Godbless🙏🏻

      Beef side --> About 2 weeks , Radish side--> About 2-3 weeks, Pepper side---> About a week... It's my personal preference ..how long I will keep and eat them.

    으아아아아아아 참을 수 없다아아아아아 저는 한국인이지만 빨간 비빔밥은 별로 안 좋아하거든요~ 근데 저 비빔밥은 너무 제 취향이었어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 맛있겠다ㅜㅜㅜ 장조림도 짱 좋아해서 더욱...!!! 장조림 달걀 국믈에 촉촉하게 적셔서 먹는 거 최고인데 그쵸오>

      아 그렇다면 ~~~~ 요거 안먼들어 먹으면... 범죄입니다. ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 전 개인적으로 고추가루 칼칼한 매운 맛을... 고추장 좀 텁텁한 매운맛보다 선호하는 편이예요.. 그래서 비빔밥의 고추장 소스도 좋아하지만.. 이런 간단 비빔밥.. 은지씨 말처럼 좋아해요. 그쵸 장조림 국물에 밥만 비벼먹어도 캬 ~~~ ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 급 배고프다. ㅜ,ㅜ 잠 잘 시간인데.. 빨리 자고 빨리 일어나서 내일 맛난거 먹어야겄어요. ㅎㅎㅎ (먹는거 너무 좋아하는 1인.. ㅎㅎㅎ) 좋은 하루 보내요. 은지씨 댓글 보고 하루를 마무리 하니 행복하네요. 빠이 ~~ 💕

    What will be the replacement if there’s no dried pepper? 🥺 Or is it okay not to include that one?^^

      The spiciness from the dried pepper is good.. maybe you can add some of fresh hot pepper if you have... and if you still don't want.. or don't have hot pepper.. yes.. you can skip it. :)
