Hi Aeri Delicious! I love cooking the dry anchovies banchan, unfortunately they never last more than 2hr bcos they are usually never enough😊 I'm making the 🍥crabstick 🍲cucumber salad for dinner tonight- suitable for the warm weather now. 😘💕
It’s the same in my house. I can cook a whole bag of myeochi bokkeum, and my son will finish them in less than a week. That cucumber salad is bomb, so good

If I buy anchovies with heads on, do I have to break off the heads before making this dish? Also, do I need to rinse the anchovies before stir frying?
Yes, remove heads and guts of your dried anchovies if they are big anchovies. :)
