    I want to take mine to get it done, the problem is, they won't let your old fluid drain properly and get as much of it out as possible, they will not wipe down your pan or clean the dirty magnets, They just want to do a rush rush job. Best thing to get it done right is do it yourself.
    Thanks for sharing

      It's best do most maintenance yourself. It's not that hard and you'll have peace of mind that it was done properly.

      @@yorselrus1996 I actually took it to a good Mechanic, He only charged me $70 to change the Transmission oil he let it drain for about an Hour and also cleaned the pan and magnets as well as replace the filter and gasket. I sat there the whole time and he showed me the pan as well. Great mechanic and great dude. I got lucky.

    This is NOT a Trans Fluid change procedure. It is only a drain and fill. To change all the fluid you need to drain the Trans cooler, lines and torque converter. Changing the screen (filter) and cleaning the magnets in the pan is also a good idea. This is called a Minor Transmission Service by Nissan. A complete fluid change takes 12+ quarts. There are other video's which show how to do a complete fluid change.

      It depends to how many mileage do you have in the car if the car has too many mileage I don't recommend flush the transmission all the way you take chance maybe you can blow the transmission

    • @LessExpensivefix
      @LessExpensivefix  Год назад +2

      To flush the transmission all the way you need a machine and my videos is for people who want to change transmission by herself so you don't need to use the machine you can do it only drain and fill if I show what the machine no one got to watch the video and everybody got lazy and you're going to need tickets on Mechanic and they charge him a lot of money from $25 job to $300 job you understand what I'm saying

      If you would like to change the transmission filter you can no problem but you have to remember how many mileage do you have in a car and when the last time you did change the fluid if you never touch the fluid before first thing to do do the same thing I did in my video drain and fill and drive the car and see how the car will be rain with the car normal no problem then go ahead and change the transmission filter

    I think there is about 12l of fluid but you won't be emptying the torque converter or cooler. Hyundai iload i800 and genesis have same filter and gasket and in Europe are cheaper than the nissan ones.

    • @LessExpensivefix
      @LessExpensivefix  Год назад

      If the truck never got service transmission fluid before I recommend to change the fluid but what's a different options remove one quart of the transmission fluid and add one quart so every week do the same process until you flush the whole system because you know what I take a chance when it flush the whole system in my shock your transmission and it can't blow it so this process why I show you now is the most easy one to protect your transmission on the car be driving better if the transmission been serviced before yeah it's okay just drain and fill it's safe to do it just don't give to someone has a machine and flush it all away and my shock the transmission and it can transmission Go fail

      Okay for the co transmission there is two drain plugs and a need of the oil pan one to drain the fluid and want to add the fluid is the same thing like Infinity is your 37 or the Q50 if the car has a dipstick it's got to be a passenger side so remove the dipstick and go underneath of the car and you found a dream plug you can drain the fluid from there and match the fluid how much fluid camera from the transmission then add the fluid back the same thing did you take it off start the car shifts the gears each gears for 10 seconds and wait until the transmission gets hot check your transmission level when the car is on if the transmission is full mean you are good if the transmission fluid look is low add some fluid back again but make sure you use transmission fluid from the dealership easy job guys thank you for your time and be looking to my videos thank you and if you have any question ask about trying to help you more
