Most times i still wonder why most stressed women still conceives even deliver so successfully in stress,to me I believe what will be will be either stress or no stress.If your source of income includes stress then believe me no one will help you out except you

Sometimes stress is accompanied with anxiety and even depression and this emotions sends signals to the brain which causes a woman’s body to respond a certain way. I'm in my 30s and my husband is not with me in Ghana and we always have one or two months when he comes but conceiving has become very difficult for us.
The moment you said i should limit my sugar intake I wanted to punch the screen 😂😂😂😂 sugar is the real enemy especially for women.

Hello sis. The discharge could be “egg-white” as well. Everyone is different. There are some supplements you can take to ensure you are having a good ovulation, such as false unicorn, co-q10, dhea etc. ❤️

Please I will like to know the vitami supplement and the food to take my own problem is stress I hardly rest from my two kids when I feel am pregnant before u know it I will see my period I always shout because of my kids they hardly allow me to rest
