It's so crazy you say how tiring it is the first trimester. I usually exercise 4-5 days per week (heavy lifting, hiit cardio, high intensity), I am finding I have to just go on long walks and do moderate lifting because I just don't have the energy. Don't quit yet. It won't affect your baby. It's a way of exercising your body but if you feel tired about it you can go ahead
