I used to have very painful periods with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea on my period. I changed my diet by cutting out sugar, eating more vegetables, drinking plenty of water and a glass of okra water daily, exercise atleast 3 times a week and breathing exercises daily & now my periods are normal. You are fertile throughout the period you get a positive test result. You can ovulate any of those days and conceive. You can have sex every day throughout your fertile days. Since your cycle is 27 and sometimes 28 you minus 14 from it (e.g 27-14=13 or 28-14=14) You add and minus your answer by 2( i.e 13+-2 = 11,12,13,14,15 or 14+-2= 12,13,14,15,16). So for a 27 days cycle, your ovulation day is the day 13 of your cycle. For a 28 days period, your ovulation day is the day 14 of your cycle.
