I was worried I wouldn’t stick with it, but over the last couple of months I’ve actually become consistent at it because of your videos!! In the last while I noticed the switch from my brain being like ‘it’s a bad day, I should go smoke’ to ‘it’s a bad day, I should go do a Kaleigh spin class’ so a big THANK YOU from me to you 💖

Great ride. Just back from walking almost 90km (over 50 miles) in Italy. Your cyclin and strength classes through the winter really gave my fitness a boost, so I was able to to do all the ascents and decents!

Wow! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to finish the ride today but it was so great - I was shocked when the cool down started! Surprise! I did it! And some of my favorite songs - honestly lol when glorious started then more lol with Stella’s comment. You know us too well!

So excited you are back! A huge THANK YOU for getting me in shape. I feel so strong! I was on a family vacation in California. We rented bikes and I enjoyed it so much. No huffing and puffing, just enjoying the beautiful scenery, never mind the hills or the wind! (Not to mention outlasting my 15 year old son!) I've finally learned that this is what it's really about. Not whether I weigh more than I did 3 years ago but that I can comfortably carry two 20lb bags of soil from my trunk to my garden. I’m back again after some medical issues and I’ve missed your energy so much!! Your happiness is infectious 🥰 after being away for a while it’s going to take me some time to get back to where I was, but doing it with a community of butt kickers always makes it easier 🙌 I have a request… have you ever thought about doing a pre-workout mojo video? For when we’re lacking energy to get on the bike, a little motivation to remind us of how awesome we’ll feel once we’ve finished a workout. I know it would really help me on days I have low energy 😊

I am half way week 5 and tbh with the adjustment of my calorie intake im so happy to see a difference in my body. The mix of strength and cardio is legit. And the fact theyre 20 t0 30 minutes long it doesnt demotivate like a 50 to 60 minute workout would.
First ride back after a six month injury and the fact that Glorious was the second song made my return that much better!! Feels like I never left (minus the super heavy breathing and quads on extra fire, ha!). Thank you Kaleigh and Jason. So pumped to be back riding with you again!
4/10/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this April Fool's Day Madness, did not do the #ENCORE because I have to be mindful of my knee! It sucks! But, with some #DESSERT and some stretching for the knee also, I am hoping on the next one to do just that! But I have to say, this workout was a good one and sweaty as if I would've done the encore!
