Is the muffler cover loose? I hear a rattle, not from the engine since I assume you had it rebuilt and rockers adjusted. Nice bike! Once I get mine up and running I'm going to be looking for a street kit for mine. In, New York it can be very difficult to get it street legal. Once again.......Nice ride!

Heat shield vibration
I had to watch the video again, and Yes it does sound like a exhaust leak, it's the reproduction exhaust muffler weird design that makes that sound.
