  • In This episode we take a major step forward with this project.
    We get the scania moving for the first time in months !
    we make some Bush fixes and get the hydraulic equipment working again.
    we remove yet more stuff and get the Wrecker ready for the big day of Paint !
    the next stage of this restoration is t get the chassis painted in some nice shiney red.

    Dedication and no short cuts must be labour of love going to the extent of what you going to ,myself i love my dafs but amazed at the time and effort you goin to on this motor especialy with having to run a workshop on top of it 👍👍👍

      4 companys 🤣 would imagine you dont know what sleep or holidays are then, done the heavy recovery job 11 years hard job at times and also garage both o them pain but to do what you doing hats off to you. Would like to see the finished motor in the flesh but am from Scotland so prob will never see it unless your taking it to truck fest. All the best mate

    A massive amount of work and parts have gone into this job. I know what you've gone through as I built one from scratch in the early 70's it was based on a Volvo F89. I'm waiting to see the Scania painted and sign written!
