This is great! How long can the battery be out before the car's memory gets blanked? I reckon the bluetooth settings, radio presents and all that might get zero'd out. Thanks!

"Under the hood remote battery terminal" today I tried to give a jump to my friend's car and that under the hood terminal now read 0 volts , there must be a fuse somewhere but so far I have not found it, did you look into that yet? cause that terminal is very useful, mine is a 2017 but same configuration. Except rear battery is much more accessible in the 2016 up. thanks

Now there's a 80 amp fuse going to the charge port in The engine compartment fuse block should be near the charging port, and it goes to a 150 amp fuse 5 on the fuse block on top of the battery. Hope this helps

@@NobleAutomotive before I tried to jump my friends car I measured and I had voltage but after the attempt the remote terminal read ZERO volts so I must have blown a fuse but cannot find were it is . thanks

Any thoughts around how to test the alternator? Replaced the battery just like this but still nothing changed. Car won’t turn on at all. Could be the alternator?

Now all hybrid you won't have an alternator or a starter it uses the motoregenerator to start the car and some type of inverter to drop the The voltage down to charge your battery

Actually the best place to jump started is at the battery Only thing is is most of the time if the battery's dead you can't get the left gate open

@@NobleAutomotive If you get a decent sized flathead screwdriver you can pop off a little 1"x1" square panel on the inside, then behind that little panel there is a place to stick the screwdriver in and turn it to open the lift gate from inside the car.
