Su-metal (December 20th 1997), Yuimetal (June 20th 1999) and Moametal (July 4th 1999) gave their first live performance as Babymetal at the end of 2010 when they were just 12, 11 and 11 years old. They were planning their 10th anniversary concerts for the end of this year in Japan, but we will have to wait and see if world health conditions allow them to continue.

Man (not lady) you are way off with their ages, but having read the comments you already know that. I don't know if you watch your own videos but your faces when Su started singing, priceless. You cannot help but smile when watching Babymetal. My recommendations would be Headbanger live Legend 1997 (the name of the concert, not when it was filmed) or Megitsune music video. This one (ijime) has an anti-bullying theme but the live from Sonisphere 2014 is better, you will see the crowd appreciation.

'Ijime, Dame Zettai' (aka IDZ and it means 'Bullying, No More, Forever') was recorded late in 2012, so Su was 14 (nearly 15) Moa and Yui were 13 (so #teamDeisi ). They started in 2010 aged 12, 11 and 11 as a sub-unit of Jpop group for girls aged 10-15 called Sakura Gakuin (SG) - the idea was all formed around Su because of her vocal skills, stage presence and talents with the talented Yui and Moa supporting her. After Su turned 15 it was time for her to leave SG and BABYMETAL separated from the group with her to become an independent band in their own right in 2013. Yui and Moa continued to work with both BABYMETAL and SG for the next 2 years until they also graduated. Yui and Moa were playing those guitars every bit as much as the guys in the skeleton costumes (Babybones). You really need to see some of their live performances to see where they really shine. Unlike most recording artists who will record an album and tour to promote it, BABYMETAL albums are more like giving you a taster of the songs they will perform at live shows. Love the reaction! I have a suggestion for the next Babymetal reaction. Y'all wanna hear heavy metal guitar riffs and rapping? That's right. Su-Metal (the main singer) full on raps to a techno/metal beat. It is honestly so sick. It is off their newest album but was only released in Japan. There is no official music video out, and there are fan cam videos which suck, so I will link the official audio video. I think you both will love it. Keep up the great work guys, I have subscribed! Good reaction. 'Ijime, Dame Zettai' (aka IDZ and it means 'Bullying, No More, Forever') was recorded late in 2012, so Su was 14 (nearly 15) Moa and Yui were 13 (so #teamDeisi ).
They started in 2010 aged 12, 11 and 11 as a sub-unit of Jpop group for girls aged 10-15 called Sakura Gakuin (SG) - the idea was all formed around Su because of her vocal skills, stage presence and talents with the talented Yui and Moa supporting her. After Su turned 15 it was time for her to leave SG and BABYMETAL separated from the group with her to become an independent band in their own right in 2013. Yui and Moa continued to work with both BABYMETAL and SG for the next 2 years until they also graduated.
Yui and Moa were playing those guitars every bit as much as the guys in the skeleton costumes (Babybones). You really need to see some of their live performances to see where they really shine. Unlike most recording artists who will record an album and tour to promote it, BABYMETAL albums are more like giving you a taster of the songs they will perform at live shows. There are some good recommendations in the comments already. We will give more as you do them.
