    This process is so exciting - I'm looking forward to getting started on my own piece... in fact, I have my subject picture chosen already!
    Would you please give a little more detail about the Frankenstein stitching... is it done by hand with wide/uneven stitches, or by machine on some kind of free motion zig-zag setting? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

      I am so pleased! The frankenstein stitches are large random stitches that will hold the pieces of fabric together. Hand stitching, 1.5cm (ish) stab stitches from one edge piece to the next. I don't think I can attach a photo here, but I can send one to you. I hope that is helpful. I would love to see how you get on
