@@WickedParanoid I do indeed remember it doing 150 damage flat in SP and 100 in MP, as far as Quake 2 goes. But Doom does not use flat damage calculations, that's why I wondered

he technically is just a marine. that's all he was before the phobos base was attacked. he only got that moniker after he pulled a Leo Major (look him up if you don't understand the referance.) on the demons and he was both cruel and merciless while he did it. this is why he became known as doom guy. it was used to imply that any demon to meet him is doomed to meet a cruel end at his hand. in all TRUE technicality though, and by canonical lore, his name is John Kane.

Just health, pretty sure they are just normal placed ZDoom marines. You could definitely give them Green Armor with ACS though.
How much damage does the Rail Gun do?
IIRC, it does 150 damage, at least in Q2. 100 raw + 50 as armor penetration bonus or something of the sort.

Not stronger so much it wasn't leading Marines to accidentally frag their own from the BFG's tracers.

@@miguelrobb5719 BFG tracers are hitscan attacks which don't check if who fired the tracers hit the same type of player/monster
