What I admire the most about Slot is how realistic he is. He sees the process rather than the product, where the product or byproduct is the trophy at the end. You really have to look at what you are doing at the moment rather than gaze beyond the horizon to win the title.

Took him less to win the UCL, and was in two other Finals. He lost the league twice by one point with tallies that would’ve won it any other year. I’m sure all of them would’ve signed had he stayed.
I have been a Feyenoord fan for over 35 years and never, never I thought I could be a fan of a manager. When this guy was coach at Feyenoord he had the respect of the Ajax fans which is hard to to do when the two clubs are arch rivals. He also brought Feyenoord back into the Champions League and got Feyenoord in an European final after 20 years all while the club barely had any money to buy new players.
