Having the player sleep at home before home matches makes complete sense. I'm surprised that wasn't always the case under Klopp - Players spend enough time together on the road, let them relax with their families the night before a match.
For young guys, sleeping at home often doesn’t mean a quiet, early night. Lots have young kids, or even gaming addictions (see Jota, Diogo) that mean the last thing they get is a full night’s sleep.
