    Dear Anja this cozy is beautiful, but can you make a cozy that includes the handle and the spout of the teapot, so that is complete the hole teapot under the cozy. Do you know what i mean, my english is so Bad that i cant better Tell what i mean, sorry. If you can make a cozy like this that were so fabulous.
    Nice greetings from Augsburg, germany sends you
    Lally 🥰❤️

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  4 года назад

      No, your English is perfect. I can see what you mean but that would be hard to do as not everybody has the same tea pot. It would also be dangerous to have a wrap around your handle as it will slide. Hope you understand

      @@OpheliaTalks hi Anja thanks for Your answer. Yes of course i See and anderstand what you mean, but what i have think was that this cozy is like an hood or something like that can lift off when the tea cames in the cups and than the hood will be put again over the teapot. And my idea was that you can make a pattern for the different sizes and often buy size teapots do you know what i mean, so we can crochet the size for the teapot we have. Do you think thats an alternative idea or is it to difficult to creat a pattern like this. 🤔
      Or another idea from me Was that crochet a tea cozy were the spout and the handle place is higher so the tea can Not cold out so fast, because thats ever my Problem if i Dont have tealights and can put my teapot on a holder. So i have think about, that if at the tea cozy the place for the spout and the handle is a little bit higher the tea can be longer warm. What do you think about this idea Anja 😉.
      Thanks again for Your kindness i love Your channel and Your way to Show Your tutorials.
      LG lally🥰

    Hi
    Kindly tell me if I use DK wool then which hook size I should to be use .

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  3 года назад +1

      Hook size 4 is prescribed for DK yarn. But I always use a 3.5 because of my tension.

    Really nice, thanks. I want to make it for a friend, but one thing I don't get, why did you measure around the handle and the spout while you are making holes in the places they should be?

      Nava B I just wanted to give you an overall idea of the size of my tea pot.... I tell you how many rows I did and if your teapot is about the same size you’ll be doing the same amount.....thanks for your comment! Keep watching xxx
