How to Make Cambodian Curry

Disclaimer: I am not translating word for word. I am grabbing out the necessary information and I will add extra information that will be explained later but you might need that detail earlier. There will be repeating information. That is just how my mom explained how to make the curry. Also, we don't know much about MSG, so I linked some information down below for more information about. Talk to a doctor or someone about nutrition to understand MSG better.
Ingredients:
In this video we used a whole 4 oz bottle of Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste for the first time. Normally we use Buffalo Brand Red Curry Paste. They both are not spicy but if you want a spicy red curry, they tend to come in can versions that are small. It is your choice on what curry you want to use as long as it is RED curry paste and roughly 4 oz.
12 to 16 oz of Coconut milk. We use both coconut cream and milk from Aroy-D
1 whole sticky chicken that is chopped into big chunks or slightly bigger than bite size pieces. You can use chicken breast if you would like to instead.
Long Bean
1 small purple potato
1 large onion
4-5 baby eggplant or 1 normal size eggplant.
-Fish Sauce of your choice
-Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
-Sugar

This is a research about the side effects of using a lot of MSG. But if you don't use MSG everyday and in larger amount, you will be fine. However, I am not a doctor or a scientist, so please do not take my word or my mom's words to heart.
