She’s probably badder than most women he encounters and combine that with how supportive she is, he has no reason to look elsewhere. The all advice is given in this podcast for men was massive. It's true we always see people and wish I could have that etc. but the amount of hardwork he puts made him above 99.9%.
I can't believe this video is only about an hour long. So much Informative & Motivational content that fit in this short time frame. Thank you guys for this video. And Jose, your way of being is so inspiring!! Coming from a fellow latino, I see myself in you and what I could/will be. Thank you guys!!!!
i have a feeling this episode is going to be huge since they addressed the red pill issue and the issue of being a workaholic and married i.e neglect etc.
17:48 There was a comment I heard under Jose's breath here that I think is actually really critical to this entire conversation: "I don't work for the weekend - That's a horrible mindset to have and, if you have it, chances are you just don't love what you do." The second half of this statement embodies why I believe so many young people in the workforce are struggling today. A lot of people are giving up on their drive because they have stopped believing it is possible to love what you do. That kind of mindset will leave a person perpetually iterating in an environment they hate on the road to burn out every time. It is still possible to love what you do folks, and it's absolutely a requirement if you want to be happy in the long term. Jose talked about doing extraordinary things like waking up at 5AM, working out every morning, and working 6AM-8PM. The fact is that there is no way in hell you are going to motivate yourself to build a high demand and consistent routine if you feel like your life is in a rut. Only people who love and are energized by what they do are going to be able to sustain this level of effort. Loving your job won't make the hard parts any easier, but it will allow you to motivate yourself to power through the hard times. For anyone in a rut, particular those in high demand careers that they aren't passionate about: Forget everything he said about grinding it out as rarely will you find your spark inside of a career through working harder alone. It is a much better strategy to take a step back from what you are doing and ask yourself why you are doing what you're doing. Too many people are not honest with themselves about the answer to this question and it is hurting them every day. If you never loved what you do, it is time to move on and do something different. If you loved what you do but a direction or leadership change destroyed what you believed in, it is time to move on and do something different. If you are having trouble working for somebody or you feel like something happened that destroyed the culture of your team, it is time to move on and do something different. If you feel like you need to be the hero every day or you're constantly giving to other people inside of your job and never receiving, it is time to move on and do something different. If you are finding daily interactions that used to energize you are now draining you, it is time to move on and do something different. If you are finding your job is destroying healthy routines in your life (exercise, sleep, time off), it is time to move on and do something different. Way too many people make the huge mistake of just trying to tough out a situation that is no longer serving them. This isn't about quitting or instant gratification, it's about recognizing that you are worth more than an environment that is toxic to your physical or mental health. I think it's important to keep in perspective that the majority of content on this channel is told to you from the lens of entrepreneurs, but the majority of people out there aren't actually entrepreneurs. If that's the path you want to take, it will be difficult and really test your internal resolve. However no matter the situation, if you want to be successful, it is going to require hard work, late nights, persistence, sacrifice, discipline, criticisms, doubts, failure, and a hell of a lot of rejection. I will not tell you everyone needs to start their own business, but I will tell you that if you're going to commit yourself at that level to something, it had better be serving your life and the people inside of it. The worst mistake you can make, and the thing too many people take for granted, is giving that energy away to somebody who doesn't deserve it because they tell you it's expected of you. The hardest but most necessary thing a person can do for themselves is to walk away from a situation that is not or is no longer serving them. If you don't do this, you are going to stunt your own personal growth drastically.

This is so inspiring. A guy that has leveled up and you can see it? Yes please, I'm gonna look for these RUclips vids 😁
38:29 Jose is my guy, but I remember him saying he's always wanted to be married with kids before 30. So in that sense, he kinda put pressure on himself to get married & have a kid this soon
22:49 I’m realizing I provide value. I may not be a high value man yet, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have any significance. I provide for my family emotionally, physically and financially, I provide value to my college by being a student representative, I provide value to my community by volunteering when I can, and I provide value at my work for helping students figure out how they’re going to pay for college. I have my flaws: out of shape, impulsive, etc etc. and I’m not afraid to admit it, but in the end... all of those things can be improved and or changed. Wow. Thank you.
59:00 is such a good point! good pain bc its molding you and helping you grow!
Damn this is good, I’m disappointed I didn’t watch it as soon as it came out. LIFE CHANGING Energy Fr 💪🏾 Hope Y’all manifest ya Biggest Goals!
Jose Zuniga...the real inspiration
I actually listen to there podcast and I know without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best podcast for men I ever seen or heard you guys are doing big things keep up the amazing work ❤️💯
Jose lives it, you can tell. Respect.
All of you are extremely inspiring when it comes to self improvement. Keep up the good work, all of you.
One of the best RUclips video is seen in a while. Pure Gold.
Each interview gets better and better. It's cool to watch an interview with someone you interviewed in the past vs the future!
Certified knowledge!!! Jose is someone Hafeez and Chris should bring on the roommates again, in 2021!!! He touched base on so many things. I think the best part was when he said, "1 of the 1,000 views could be the next CEO, the next surgeon" meaning whether your views are high or low, if you bring value, you may be propelling someone to greatness! 🔥🔥🔥
I LOVE listening to this guy. Also as a woman I love this podcast. It helps me to see what to overall look for in a man. 💕
not even five minutes in, already liked
Mannnn that intro was hilarious 😭🔥😭
tu fais quoi ici LMAO
This was GOLD!
Can never get tired of Jose🙌🏾
Love the podcast. The only critique is the audio. I turn the volume up to hear the talking, and when you guys bust out in laughter directly into the microphone I literally almost blow my eardrums out. I’m sure there’s some way to regulate the audio levels in post production before posting. Thanks again for all the great content.
what a podcast, inspirational
I wanna be like this guy. Love you Jose! You inspire me!
Real men, real conversation. 💯

Best podcast Jose has done! I will watch this daily to get the inspiration and motivation needed! He’s not saying you have to be like him and do everything he does, he’s saying do what works for you and what will make you be happy and successful and stick at it! Awesome stuff!
Feez and Chris LOOKING GOOD!!!
Stumbled on this channel by complete accident. Haven’t stopped listening in 3 days.
You guys need to collaborate more with Jose Zuniga. What a great and self aware this guy for his age.

Jose thank you for inspiring men like me to be better no matter of what field of life it is. Also thank you guys for this amazing interview.
Respect and nothing but facts were spoken here!!. Love the content from both of your channels!
@TheRoommates Real talk, this is the best and most relatable interview you all have ever done. And I say this being huge fans of Kevin samuels, AMS, Courtney Ryan etc, and I knew and have been following them long before I ever heard of Jose Zuniga.
I used to watch netflix and movies while eating my meals for training. Now i watch The Roommates podcasts. 1hr of time wasting now turned into 1hr of growing.
Yup.. he's the best big brother... Jose rocks
I love the way he described HIGH VALUE and he is 100% correct 👏🙌
Even if you don't have time for the whole video..atleast listen to this sub-5 minute bit on Faithfulness
