AMAZING show; we were able to enjoy it from the second row, but I'm eternally grateful to the Current for making this available for us to relive again and again.
I honestly cry every time I listen to them. Both times I saw them live I was bawling like I was at a funeral. Just trigger the emotional responses. So beautiful.
These ladies are the epitome of competence and the highest order of aesthetics. They create the very finest of art. And they just keep getting better with time. You will find no complacency with their craft. It just keeps ascending.... towards the heavens.
Such an awesome show. So glad I got to see this live and even more glad it’s available to re-watch. Lucius is such an incredible band, and getting to FINALLY see them live was beyond words. Can’t wait for them to return. Also this was my first time seeing a show at The Fitz and wow, the acoustics are incredible.
I was out Uber driving while listening to this on The Current last night - chills went up and down my spine at the part at 41:32 in the video - Awesome tribute!
My wife and I were there, absolutely beautiful show! I get shivers every time I hear 'Dusty Trails' second verse. I wouldn't have discovered Lucius were it not for the Current. Congrats on your recent drive and looking forward to many more years of listening!
I love you! Your band is soooo amazing. I can listen to your songs again and again - for more than 6 years now. First I found you on NPR MUsic - Tiny desk concerts.
Lucius has a vibe like no other. Old hippy, musician, web designer programmer here, and a HUGE fan. "My idea of a good time" would be the ultimate stereo experience sitting right in the middle between Holly and Jess. Hope you come to Florida someday.
So good! Thank you for making this available. When are they coming back to Europe? I saw them twice in Paris in tiny venues but the shows were amazing both times and I'm still wondering at the quality of the voices and the superb songwriting. I think it was a really good choice to go back to the basics with Nudes, focus on the voices that convey so many emotions. Please, come back to Paris! Till then... spread the good vibes!
@@arnieus866 You are 112 years old? As you would be if you were 50 when a 62 year old ME was born. It must be true, what is said - if you keep on dancing you don't grow old.
I've come back to this almost too many times, but 'Most of what I Know' still brings me back.

This concert is even more timely today, May 1, 2020. Lucius is salve for the soul.

Thank you Drew for the kind words, and for listening to our station!
The Current and KEXP. Radio stations doing God's work.

That blend. That band. WOW. Lucius is @ their best all stripped down.
Brilliant vocal work ladies!!
Incredible show. no better vocals, blend made in heaven.

I was there... THEY WERE AMAZING!
GREAT show! awesome sound mix too! i heard that Höfner bass on right down the line and settled in for the whole show!
Dennis Kelley As much as I loved the sound of that bass, the other one that was used totally won me over. JMJ Mustang. Both fit perfectly.
Perfection, as always

please come back to England we love you
Genial
Oh, wow. They didn't play Madness this night? They played it during their Santa Fe show.
This makes me feel so young, my heart feels like it is born again, and beats like I am only 16.
yeah, huh, I know.
Me too. I was 50 when you were born. Great art is for everyone.

Why didn't they sing GONE INSANE though?! :'(
