Does anyone know if any of the Twitchell rooms still have the storage underneath the beds or do all them have the drawers at the bottom of the beds now? Also does anyone know how long the curtain can be for the closets?

Hey, I recently got admitted to Hampton University. What’s the best part about living on campus? And how did you adapt to dorm life?? So far impressed!
Hey, dorm life is fun as a freshman. You get to have fun with your classmates. Hampton does have a curfew for freshman that lasts up to 6 weeks. It’s annoying sometimes but you’ll make the best memories during that time. Dorm life doesn’t take long to get used to. Your experience is based on your relationship with your roommate and those around. Be sure to make the most out of your freshman dorm experience.

Hi! I was just given my housing assignment for this fall and I was given a single room at Twitchell Hall! Are the single rooms pretty spacious ?
All the singles are different but from what I’ve seen they are a nice size .
Ok good! And is there also an ice maker on any floor ?
the bins at the top of your closet? remember how big they were or what brand?

i’m room 120 this year i’m an incoming freshman! is that an end room or a decent size room? I heard all the rooms are different sizes 😭
All the rooms on the first floor are relatively the same size. Twitchell doesn’t look like the room in the video anymore. All the rooms have been renovated. In my opinion the rooms are spacious for freshman dorms.
How much is washing and drying?
2.00 to wash and 50 cents to dry.

In twitchell my room is 235 and the room across form it was 236. They were both end rooms.

If you have a Twitter look up The hashtag or username HamptonU22. Dm them to ask to be added to the gc. The gc is through an app called group me.

Can you really not have a microwave or refrigerator in your room at Hampton??
No you cannot. If you have a doctors excuse as to why you need a refrigerator you can have one. But on move in day they do not check for that stuff. If you sneak one in and have one you will be perfectly fine.
What happens if someone were to get caught with one in their room w/o a doctors note?
They probably will just inform your Dorm director. I`ve never heard of anyone getting it taken away. If you hide your refrigerator well you should be fine.
